−光センサは、この光センサの外面に存在する洗浄液の任意の小滴または跡をチャンバの貫通開口部に向けて導くために、疎水性材料の層で覆われている。
Claims (9)
- 自動車の光学検出システムの光センサを洗浄するための装置であって、
前記光センサのカメラを収容するケーシング(1)と、
前記ケーシング(1)の外面(10)から突出する環状壁であって、前記光センサのレンズ(2)を保持して前記ケーシング(1)と外部空間との間に密閉をもたらすつば部(3)と、
前記レンズ(2)の外面(20)上に洗浄液を吹き付けるための吹き付け手段(4)と、
前記外面(20)に吹き付けられた洗浄液を吸い上げるための吸引手段(7)と、
を備え、
前記吸引手段(7)は、前記つば部(3)をその厚み内で中空にしてなるチャンバ(5)と、前記つば部(3)における前記外面(20)の周辺の少なくとも一部に形成された開口部(50)を有し、前記開口部(50)から前記チャンバ(5)を介して前記洗浄液を吸い上げる
ことを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記チャンバ(5)は、前記洗浄液が前記光センサ(2)の前記外面(20)に吹き付けられる領域の反対側で前記光センサ(2)の前記周辺の一部分で開口することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバ(5)が前記光センサ(2)の前記周辺全体で開口することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバ(5)の貫通開口部(50)が、前記光センサ(2)の外側周辺縁部と接触して配置される前記つば部(3)の内側縁部(30)と、前記つば部の外側縁部(31)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記チャンバ(5)は弾性シールリップ(6)を備え、前記弾性シールリップ(6)は、前記光センサ(2)の前記外面(20)と前記チャンバ(5)の内部との間における液体の通過を防止する閉位置と、前記光センサ(2)の前記外面(20)から前記チャンバ(5)の前記内部に向けた液体の前記通過を可能にする開位置との間で可動であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記弾性シールリップ(6)は、前記チャンバ(5)を排気する前記吸引手段(7)の作動の影響下で前記閉位置と前記開位置との間で可動であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記吸引手段(7)は、前記吸引された液を、前記光センサ(2)に吹き付ける前記手段に洗浄液を提供するための貯留槽(8)内へ放出することを特徴とする、請求項5または6に記載の装置。
- 前記吸引手段(7)が、液体の供給を指令する手段と同期されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 自動車用の光学検出システムであって、
光センサと、
前記光センサを洗浄するための少なくとも1つの装置であって、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の装置と、を備え、
前記光センサの外面(20)が疎水性材料の層で覆われていることを特徴とする光学検出システム。
