Claims (4)
- 外部電源から供給される電力により充電可能なバッテリと、前記バッテリの充電中に作動する車載機器と、を備える電動車両に搭載され、前記バッテリの充電を制御する充電制御装置であって、
前記バッテリを充電する際の目標電圧を設定する目標電圧設定手段と、
前記バッテリのバッテリ電圧が前記目標電圧となるように前記バッテリの充電を制御する充電制御手段と、
前記車載機器の作動状態を制御する機器制御手段と、を有し、
前記機器制御手段は、前記バッテリの充電中に前記車載機器を停止させる際、前記車載機器の電流を所定電流値ずつ複数段階で低下させ、
前記目標電圧設定手段は、前記バッテリの特性に応じた第1の設定電圧と、前記第1の設定電圧よりも低い第2の設定電圧と、を前記目標電圧として設定し、
前記充電制御手段は、前記バッテリの充電中に前記車載機器が作動している場合、前記第2の設定電圧を前記目標電圧として前記バッテリの充電を実行し、前記バッテリ電圧が前記目標電圧に達するまでは定電力充電または定電流充電を実行し、前記バッテリ電圧が前記目標電圧以上となった後は定電圧充電を実行し、
前記機器制御手段は、前記車載機器を停止させる際に、前記定電力充電または前記定電流充電を実行している場合には前記車載機器の電流を一段階で低下させ、前記定電圧充電を実行している場合には前記車載機器の電流を所定電流値ずつ複数段階で低下させる
ことを特徴とする電動車両の充電制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電動車両の充電制御装置であって、
前記目標電圧設定手段は、前記第1の設定電圧と前記第2の設定電圧との差分が前記車載機器の電流を前記所定電流値だけ低下させたことに伴う前記バッテリ電圧の上昇量よりも大きくなるように前記第2の設定電圧を設定する
ことを特徴とする電動車両の充電制御装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電動車両の充電制御装置であって、
前記機器制御手段は、前記車載機器の電流を一段階低下させた後、当該車載機器の電流の低下に伴って上昇した前記バッテリ電圧が前記第2の設定電圧まで低下した時点で、前記車載機器の電流をさらに一段階低下させる
ことを特徴とする電動車両の充電制御装置。 - 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の電動車両の充電制御装置であって、
前記機器制御手段が、前記バッテリの充電中に前記車載機器を作動させた場合、
前記充電制御手段は、前記車載機器の作動のタイミングで前記目標電圧を前記第1の設定電圧から前記第2の設定電圧に変更する
ことを特徴とする電動車両の充電制御装置。
