Description
ポリウレタン発泡体のブロックは、100×450×735mmの寸法で外部供給業者によって製造された。同じ材料からなる3種類の発泡体(橙色、黒色及び銀色の発泡体)を受け取った。発泡体の種類の特徴は表1に示される。
複雑な瘻管の実験室モデルは、透明ポリウレタンゴム成形品を用いて製造した。材料は、その生体内性能をシミュレーションするために柔らかいものであった(Shore A20)。このモデルは、長さ80mm及び直径8mmの湾曲した管路を含んでいた。
Claims (14)
- 瘻孔を治療するための医療装置であって、
a)流体収集要素と、
b)流体連通要素と、
c)引張要素と、を備え、
前記流体連通要素の遠位部分は、前記流体収集要素によって囲まれており、
前記引張要素は、医療装置を瘻孔内に配置及び/又は医療装置を瘻管を通して引き抜くように配置されているとともに、前記流体収集要素及び/又は前記流体連通要素の遠位端に取り付けられることを特徴とする医療装置。 - 前記引張要素は、ループ部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記引張要素は、非ループ部分を含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記引張要素は、前記非ループ部分を介して前記流体収集要素及び/又は前記流体連通要素の前記遠位端に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療装置。
- 前記引張要素は、前記流体連通要素の遠位部分に配置されている少なくとも1つの穴及び/又は少なくとも1つの穿孔と係合することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記引張要素は、結び目、糸、クリップからなる群から選択される取り付け要素及び/又は材料結合係合によって、前記流体収集要素及び/又は前記流体連通要素の前記遠位端に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記引張要素は、結ぶことによって前記流体収集要素及び/又は前記流体連通要素の前記遠位端に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記引張要素は、糸であることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記流体連通要素は、チューブ形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記遠位部分は、穴及び/又は穿孔を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9に記載の医療装置。
- 前記流体連通要素は、コネクタを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記流体収集要素は、少なくとも1つの取り付け要素によって、前記流体連通要素に取り付けられることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 前記流体収集要素は、連続気泡発泡又はスポンジ構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の医療装置と、陰圧又は真空供給源、延長チューブ、流体収集容器、滅菌フィルタ、把持器具、潤滑剤、シリンジ、縫合糸、密封パッチ、はさみ及びステープルからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの構成部品とを含む医療キット。
