Claims (12)
- スクリュを内蔵した加熱筒の外表面に付設した加熱部と、前記加熱筒に設けた検出器取付部に取付けた温度検出器と、当該温度検出器により検出した加熱温度に基づき所定の内壁面温度が得られるように前記加熱部を制御する温度制御系とを備えてなる射出成形機の温度制御装置において、前記加熱筒の外表面に、前記温度検出器を着脱式に取付可能に形成し、かつ前記温度検出器を少なくとも前記加熱筒の軸方向における異なる位置を選択して取付可能となる少なくとも二以上の取付孔部を有する検出器取付部を備えるとともに、前記温度制御系に、前記温度検出器により検出した加熱温度を、前記加熱筒の内壁面温度に変換処理する内壁面温度変換機能部と、この内壁面温度変換機能部により得られた内壁面温度に対する少なくとも表示処理を行う内壁面温度表示機能部とを備えることを特徴とする射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記加熱部は、前記加熱筒の軸方向における外表面の異なる複数の位置に付設するとともに、前記検出器取付部は、前記加熱筒の軸方向における異なる複数の位置に設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記加熱部は、前記加熱筒の軸方向における外表面の異なる複数の位置に付設するとともに、前記検出器取付部は、前記加熱筒における異なる複数の位置に設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記加熱部は、前記加熱筒の軸方向における外表面の異なる複数の位置に付設するとともに、前記検出器取付部は、前記加熱筒の軸方向及び周方向における異なる複数の位置に設けてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記温度制御系は、前記内壁面温度変換機能部により得られた複数の位置の内壁面温度に基づき内壁面における軸方向の内壁面温度分布を演算処理により求める内壁面温度分布演算機能部を備えるとともに、前記内壁面温度表示機能部に、当該内壁面温度分布演算機能部により求めた内壁面温度分布を表示する表示処理機能を設けてなることを特徴とする請求項2,3又は4記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記検出器取付部には、前記温度検出器を、異なる取付深さを選択して取付可能な少なくとも二以上の前記取付孔部を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記加熱部は、前記加熱筒の外表面に沿って巻き付けたバンドヒータを用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記温度検出器は、熱電対により棒状に構成した温度センサを用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記内壁面温度変換機能部は、検出した前記加熱温度を、前記加熱部の軸方向長さ,前記加熱筒の制御点位置,前記加熱筒の形状及び材質に係わるデータに基づく演算式を用いることにより、前記内壁面温度に変換処理することを特徴とする請求項1記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記内壁面温度分布演算機能部は、前記演算式,前記内壁面温度及び前記内壁面温度分布に係わるデータに基づいて最適な制御点位置を求める制御点位置演算機能を備えることを特徴とする請求項5記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記内壁面温度表示機能部は、温度表示部に、前記内壁面温度分布をグラフィック表示する温度分布表示機能を備えることを特徴とする請求項5又は10記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
- 前記内壁面温度表示機能部は、前記温度表示部に表示される内壁面温度分布のグラフィック表示に、前記温度検出器の取付位置となる制御点位置を、当該内壁面温度分布に関連付けて表示する検出器位置表示機能を備えることを特徴とする請求項11記載の射出成形機の温度制御装置。
