前記第1の流管出口を前記第2の流管入口にそれらの間にギャップを有して接続し、および前記第1の流管および前記第2の流管の各々の前記外径を取り囲む吸収体シースであって、前記薬剤は前記吸収体シースの少なくとも一部を通して流れる、吸収体シース、ならびに
前記流管部分組立品の上流位置に配置された第1の圧電素子および前記流管部分組立品の下流位置に配置された第2の圧電素子、
を有する流管部分組立品を含み、前記第1の圧電素子および前記第2の圧電素子は、互いからあらかじめ選択された距離離れて据え付けられており、
前記流管部分組立品は、各前記流管を端部フィッティングに固定するのに適合した前記端部フィッティングをさらに含み、および前記第1および第2の圧電素子は、前記端部フィッティングに据え付けられ、ならびに

- 前記吸収体シースは、前記流管の各々の少なとも一部に接着剤で接着されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の流量センサ部分組立品。
- 前記流管の各々は、ステンレス鋼材料であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の流量センサ部分組立品。
- 前記吸収体シースは、プラスチック材料であることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の流量センサ部分組立品。
- 前記吸収体シースはPVC材料であることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の流量センサ部分組立品。
- 前記流量センサ部分組立品は、流量センサ筐体内に含まれ、前記流量センサ筐体は、マイクロプロセッサ、および流量センサ基体内で前記流量センサ部分組立品から前記マイクロプロセッサに電気信号を提供するための回路、を含む前記流量センサ基体に結合されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の流量センサ部分組立品。
- 前記流量センサ部分組立品は、前記流量センサ部分組立品が少なくとも1つの流体薬剤の流れを検知するために使用された後に、廃棄されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の流量センサ部分組立品。
- 請求項25に記載の流量センサ部分組立品および前記流量センサ基体を含む流量センサシステムであって、前記流量センサ基体は、異なる流量センサ部分組立品と共に使用されることを特徴とする流量センサシステム。
- 信号の減衰が、前記第1の流管と前記第2の流管との間に前記ギャップのない流量センサ部分組立品よりも少なくとも60%だけ改善されることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の流量センサ部分組立品。
- 信号の減衰が、前記第1の流管と前記第2の流管との間に前記ギャップのない流量センサ部分組立品よりも少なくとも75%だけ改善されることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の流量センサ部分組立品。
