Claims (5)
- 内部を気体が流れる配管における上流側の外周に設けられ、超音波の送信および受信を行う第1の超音波送受信部と、
前記配管における下流側の外周に設けられ、超音波の送信および受信を行う第2の超音波送受信部と、
前記第1の超音波送受信部から送信された前記超音波が前記第2の超音波送受信部に受信されるまでの時間と、前記第2の超音波送受信部から送信された前記超音波が前記第1の超音波送受信部に受信されるまでの時間とに基づいて、前記気体の流量を測定する本体部と、
前記配管の外周に設けられ、前記超音波が前記配管を伝搬する配管伝搬波を吸収する超音波吸収体と、を備え、
前記超音波吸収体は、実質的に、100kHz以上であって2.0MHz以下の周波数帯の前記超音波を吸収する未架橋のブチルゴムからなる、
超音波流量計。 - 前記超音波吸収体は、実質的に、所定の混合粒子と混合された前記未架橋のブチルゴムからなる、
