Abstract
【解決手段】圧電素子2a、2bを固定した管路部1を使い捨てを可能とし、流量測定時に非使い捨て部分の測定回路部において、使い捨て部分の記憶メモリチップ10に記憶した管路部1に対する校正により得られた補正データを用いて、圧電素子2a、2bにより超音波ビームの交互の送受信を行い、測定回路部で得られた流量値を補正することにより測定精度が保証される。

Claims (9)
- 使い捨て部分と繰り返して使用する非使い捨て部分とから成る超音波式流量測定装置において、
前記使い捨て部分では、被測定流体を流す直管部の上流側と下流側に一対の超音波送受信器を固定し、前記直管部に対し前記流体の流入を行う入口管路と前記流体の排出を行う出口管路とを設け、複数の部材を接合して形成した管路部を有すると共に、外部の回路と通信可能な記憶媒体を備え、
前記非使い捨て部分である測定回路部に対し、前記管路部ごとに予め実流量を流す校正作業により求めた前記管路部の補正データを前記記憶媒体に記憶しておき、
測定時に前記測定回路部は前記記憶媒体の前記補正データを読み込み、前記一対の超音波送受信器から交互に前記直管部内に送受信した超音波ビームによる信号を基に、得られた流量値を前記補正データを用いて補正することを特徴とする超音波式流量測定装置。 - 前記直管部の両端に前記超音波送受信器を固定し、前記超音波送受信器同士を対向させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波式流量測定装置。
- 前記記憶媒体に記憶した前記補正データは、複数点の実測流量に対する出力値を記憶したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の超音波式流量測定装置。
- 前記使い捨て部分は前記各超音波送受信器に接続した信号電線を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1つの請求項に記載の超音波式流量測定装置。
- 前記記憶媒体は半導体記憶素子としたことを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか1つの請求項に記載の超音波式流量測定装置。
- 前記管路部は非使い捨て部分であるホルダに装着して測定を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1つの請求項に記載の超音波式流量測定装置。
- 前記ホルダは前記管路部の下流側を上方に持ち上げて前記管路部を保持することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の超音波式流量測定装置。
- 使い捨て部分と繰り返して使用する非使い捨て部分とから成る超音波式流量測定装置において、
前記使い捨て部分では、被測定流体を流す直管部の上流側と下流側に一対の超音波送受信器を固定し、前記直管部に対し前記流体の流入を行う入口管路と前記流体の排出を行う出口管路とを設け、複数の部材を接合して形成した管路部を有すると共に、外部の回路と通信可能な記憶媒体を備え、
前記管路部ごとに予め実流量を流す校正作業により前記非使い捨て部分である測定回路部に対し求めた前記管路部の補正データを前記記憶媒体に記憶する工程と、
測定時に前記測定回路部は前記記憶媒体の前記補正データを読み込む工程と、
測定時に前記一対の超音波送受信器から交互に前記直管部内に送受信した超音波ビームによる信号を基に流量値を演算し、得られた流量値を前記補正データにより補正し補正した流量値を算出する工程とを備えたことを特徴とする超音波式流量測定装置の使用方法。 - 前記補正データを読み込む工程において前記測定回路部は前記記憶媒体に記憶した補正データから数式又は補正テーブルを作成し、前記補正した流量値を算出する工程において前記数式又は補正テーブルを用いた補正演算により、前記補正した流量値を求めることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の超音波式流量測定装置の使用方法。
