Claims (3)
- 弁本体であって、
流体が流入する入口ポート、
流体が流出する出口ポート、
前記入口ポート及び前記出口ポートに連通し、底面並びに側壁から構成され、弁体を収容する弁室、及び、
前記弁室の内部において前記弁体と接触する弁座
が形成される弁本体と、
前記弁本体の前記弁室の内部であって、前記弁体の周囲に配置され、前記弁室を形成する前記底面により支持される筒状フィルタと、
前記筒状フィルタの前記弁室の前記底面に対向する側に配置される筒形状のスペーサと
を備える電磁弁において、
前記弁室の前記側壁の中段には、環状溝が形成され、
前記電磁弁は、前記筒状フィルタ及び前記スペーサを固定する固定部材をさらに備え、
前記固定部材は、少なくとも径方向の弾性を有し、リング形状の一部にスリットが形成され、前記スペーサの前記筒状フィルタと反対側に配置され、前記環状溝に収納され、
さらに、前記固定部材は、スパイラル形状に形成され、前記スリットの端面が上下に互い違いになるように形成され、前記環状溝の上側及び下側に接触することを特徴とする電磁弁。 - 前記スペーサの外径と、前記弁室の前記側壁の内径の差が前記筒状フィルタの目開き量より小さいことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
- 前記弁本体の前記弁室の前記側壁には、前記環状溝から前記底面に対向する外側に向かって拡径されるテーパ部分が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電磁弁。
