Description
正極塗工層5は、正極活物質、結着剤、導電助剤、及び電解質を有する正極合剤を用いて作成される。正極活物質には、例えばコバルト酸リチウム、ニッケル酸リチウム、マンガン酸リチウム等が用いられるが、これらに限定されるものではない。正極活物質は、リチウムを挿入・脱離可能な材料であり、予め充分な量のリチウムを挿入したリチウム含有遷移金属酸化物であればよい。また、正極活物質は、Mn、Ni、Co、Feなどの単体、または、2種類以上の遷移金属を主成分とする材料であってもよい。
電解質層3aとポリマーリッチ層3bとを形成した正極電極1及び負極電極2を用いて、二次電池用構造体10を得る。具体的には、正極電極1に形成されたポリマーリッチ層3bと、負極電極2に形成されたポリマーリッチ層3bとが隣接するように、正極電極1と負極電極2とを重ね合わせる。また、必要に応じて、さらに正極電極1と負極電極2とを絶縁層3を介して重ね合わせる。これにより、ポリマーリッチ層3bに一対の電解質層3aが隣接し、電解質層3aの各々に正極電極1及び負極電極2が隣接する二次電池用構造体10を得ることができる。
Claims (5)
- 正極層及び負極層に電解質層を形成する電解質層形成手順と、
前記電解質層の各々に、該電解質層よりもポリマーを多く有するポリマーリッチ層を形成するポリマーリッチ層形成手順と、
前記正極層に形成された前記ポリマーリッチ層と、前記負極層に形成された前記ポリマーリッチ層と、を重ね合わせて二次電池用構造体を生成する構造体生成手順と、を備え、
前記ポリマーリッチ層は、前記電解質層よりも粘着性が低いことを特徴とする、二次電池用構造体の作製方法。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池用構造体の作製方法であって、
前記ポリマーはフッ素を含有することを特徴とする、二次電池用構造体の作製方法。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池用構造体の作製方法であって、
前記ポリマーリッチ層のフッ素含有量は、前記電解質層のフッ素含有量よりも多いことを特徴とする、二次電池用構造体の作製方法。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池用構造体の作製方法であって、
前記ポリマーリッチ層に一対の前記電解質層が隣接し、前記電解質層の各々に前記正極層及び前記負極層が隣接することを特徴とする、二次電池用構造体の作製方法。 - 請求項1に記載の二次電池用構造体の作製方法であって、
前記ポリマーリッチ層の有するポリマーの含有量は、前記電解質層の有するポリマーの含有量の1.2倍以上であることを特徴とする、二次電池用構造体の作製方法。
