Description
本発明は、香料の分野に関する。より具体的には、本発明は、本明細書の下記に定義される式(I)の化合物、および賦香成分としてのそれらの使用、例えば、賦香組成物および/または消費者製品における使用に関する。
香料産業では、調香師のパレットに存在するノートを多様化することによって彼らの創造性をサポートするために、常に新しい成分が探し求められている。香料における主要な官能的系統の1つは、香料の創出において非常に重要なウッディノートである。
本発明は、香料において非常に高く評価されているウッディ/ルーティーおよびパウダリー調の匂いを与える式(I)の化合物に関する。
i)上記で定義した、少なくとも1種の式(I)の化合物;
ii)香料担体および香料基剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分;および
iii)任意に少なくとも1種の香料補助剤
を含む、賦香組成物である。
本発明者らは、ここで、驚くべきことに非常に強力なウッディ調ノートを付与する式(I)の化合物を発見した。

パラジウム化木炭(5%、Pd/C、1.42g)を、工程a)で得られたエノン混合物(57g、296ミリモル)の酢酸エチル溶液(80mL)に加え、懸濁液を真空下で排気し、次いで水素ガス(3×)でパージし、その後、水素ガス(2バール)雰囲気下で24時間撹拌した。懸濁液をろ過し、酢酸エチルで洗浄し、次いで溶媒を真空下で除去し、残渣をさらに150℃、0.5ミリバールでのバルブ−バルブ(Kuegelrohr)蒸留により精製し、飽和ケトンを、異性体の複合混合物として得た(60g、99%)。
(4aSR,7RS,8SR,8aRS)−4a,7,8−トリメチルオクタヒドロナフタレン−2(1H)−オン
前の工程で得られたシスおよびトランスデカロン(26.7g、137ミリモル)のTHF溶液(11mL)を、エチニルマグネシウムブロミドの撹拌溶液(THF中0.5M、385mL、192ミリモル)にゆっくりと滴下し、氷浴で4℃に冷却した。溶液を周囲温度まで温め、一晩撹拌した。反応混合物を氷に注ぎ、ジエチルエーテルで抽出し、有機相を飽和NH4Cl溶液、次にブラインで洗浄し、Na2SO4で乾燥させ、ろ過し、溶媒を真空下で除去して、粗プロパルギルアルコールを、異性体の複合混合物として得た(褐色の油状物として26.0g)。異性体アルコールの複合混合物を、次の工程でさらに精製することなく使用した。
プロパルギルアルコール(19.0g、86ミリモル)の混合物を、ギ酸(55mL、90%)に溶解し、80℃で2時間加熱し、次いで冷却し、氷と水との混合物に注いだ。水相をペンタンで抽出し、有機相を水、次に飽和NaHCO3溶液、ブラインで洗浄し、Na2SO4で乾燥させ、ろ過し、溶媒を真空下で除去して、粗エノンを、異性体の複合混合物として得た(20.0g)。さらなる精製を、ビグリューカラム、0.2ミリバール、沸点65〜90℃で真空蒸留により行い、エノンを、1−((4aRS,8aRS)−4a,7,8−トリメチル−1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,8a−オクタヒドロナフタレン−2−イル)エタン−1−オン、1−(4a,7,8−トリメチル−3,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a−オクタヒドロナフタレン−2−イル)エタン−1−オン、1−(4a,7,8−トリメチル−1,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a−オクタヒドロナフタレン−2−イル)エタン−1−オン、1−(4a,5,8−トリメチル−3,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a−オクタヒドロナフタレン−2−イル)エタン−1−オンおよび1−(4a,5,8−トリメチル−1,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a−オクタヒドロナフタレン−2−イル)エタン−1−オンを含む異性体の混合物として得た(9.8g、収率50%)。少量のいくつかの個々の異性体を単離し、生成した。
式(I)の化合物の合成 − 1−((4aSR,8SR,8aSR)−4a,7,8−トリメチル−3,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a−オクタヒドロナフタレン−2−イル)エタン−1−オンと1−((4aSR,8SR,8aRS)−4a,7,8−トリメチル−1,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a−オクタヒドロナフタレン−2−イル)エタン−1−オンとの混合物の調製
a)(4aRS,8RS,8aRS)−2−エチニル−4a,7,8−トリメチルデカヒドロナフタレン−2−オールの調製
塩化エチニルマグネシウム(10.7mL、0.5M、5.35ミリモル)の溶液を、(4aSR,8SR,8aRS)−4a,7,8−トリメチルオクタヒドロナフタレン−2(1H)−オン(実施例1の工程b)から単離、800mg、4.12モル)のTHF溶液(2mL)に加え、0℃に冷却した。周囲温度に温め、さらに2時間撹拌した後、反応物を、氷と飽和NH4Clとの混合物に注ぎ、エーテルで抽出した。有機相をブラインで洗浄し、Na2SO4で乾燥させ、ろ過し、溶媒を真空下で除去し、粗アルコール800mgを得、これをさらに精製することなく次の工程で使用した。
実施例1のd)で報告された条件を、(4aRS,8RS,8aRS)−2−エチニル−4a,7,8−トリメチルデカヒドロナフタレン−2−オールに適用し、1−((4aSR,8SR,8aSR)−4a,7,8−トリメチル−3,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a−オクタヒドロナフタレン−2−イル)エタン−1−オンと1−((4aSR,8SR,8aRS)−4a,7,8−トリメチル−1,4,4a,5,6,7,8,8a−オクタヒドロナフタレン−2−イル)エタン−1−オンとの混合物を得た。
式(I)の化合物の合成 − 1−((4aSR,7RS)−4a,7,8−トリメチル−3,4,4a,5,6,7−ヘキサヒドロナフタレン−2−イル)エタン−1−オンの混合物の調製
a)(4aSR,8SR)−4a,7,8−トリメチル−4,4a,5,6,7,8−ヘキサヒドロナフタレン−2(3H)−オンの調製
前工程で得られたエノン混合物(20.0g、104ミリモル)のTHF溶液(25mL)を、エチニルマグネシウムブロミドの撹拌溶液(THF中0.5M、354mL、177ミリモル)にゆっくりと滴下し、氷浴で4℃に冷却した。溶液を周囲温度まで温め、一晩撹拌した。反応混合物を、氷/飽和NH4Cl溶液の混合物に注ぎ、ジエチルエーテルで抽出し、有機相を飽和NH4Cl溶液、次にブラインで洗浄し、Na2SO4で乾燥させ、濾過し、溶媒を真空下で除去して粗プロパルギルアルコールを、異性体の複合混合物として得た(褐色の油状物として20.0g)。異性体アルコールの複合混合物を、次の工程でさらに精製することなく使用した。
プロパルギルアルコール混合物(20.0g、92ミリモル)の酢酸エチル溶液(50mL)を、Amberlyst A−15(10.0g)で処理し、懸濁液を4時間加熱還流し、次いで冷却し、小さなシリカのプラグ(3cm)でろ過し、酢酸エチルで洗浄した。合わせた有機相を、飽和重炭酸ナトリウム溶液、次にブラインで洗浄し、Na2SO4で乾燥させ、濾過し、溶媒を真空下で除去して、粗ジエノンを異性体の混合物87:13として得た。フィッシャー蒸留0.15ミリバール、沸点70〜85℃でさらに精製し、純粋なジエノンを、異性体の混合物(87:13)として得た(12.8g、64%)。
賦香組成物の調製
ウッディタイプの賦香組成物を、以下の成分を混合することにより調製した:
2)高シスジヒドロジャスモン酸メチルa)
3)(1S,1’R)−2−[1−(3’,3’−ジメチル−1’−シクロヘキシル)エトキシ]−2−メチルプロピルプロパノエートa)
4)メチルイオノン異性体の混合物a)
5)ジヒドロジャスモン酸メチルa)
6)1−(5,5−ジメチル−1−シクロヘキセン−1−イル)−4−ペンテン−1−オンa)
7)3,3−ジメチル−5−(2,2,3−トリメチル−3−シクロペンテン−1−イル)−4−ペンテン−2−オールa)
*ジプロピレングリコール中 a)製造元:Firmenich SA、ジュネーブ、スイス
Claims (15)
- 炭素4aおよび炭素8での2つのメチル基が、アンチ立体配置にあることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の使用。

- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に規定された式(I)の化合物。
- 賦香組成物であって、
i)請求項10に規定された、少なくとも1種の式(I)の化合物;
ii)香料担体および香料基剤からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の成分;および
iii)任意に少なくとも1種の香料補助剤
を含む、賦香組成物。 - 請求項10に規定された少なくとも1種の式(I)の化合物または請求項11に規定された賦香組成物を含む、着香消費者製品。
- 香料、布地ケア製品、ボディケア製品、化粧品、スキンケア製品、エアケア製品または家庭用ケア製品であることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の着香消費者製品。
- 微細な香料、スプラッシュまたはオードパルファム、コロン、シェーブローションまたはアフターシェーブローション、液体または固体洗剤、布地柔軟剤、布地リフレッシャー、アイロン水、紙、漂白剤、カーペットクリーナー、カーテンケア製品、シャンプー、着色製剤、カラーケア製品、整髪製品、デンタルケア製品、消毒剤、インティメイトケア製品、ヘアスプレー、バニシングクリーム、消臭剤または制汗剤、脱毛剤、日焼けまたは日焼け止め製品、ネイル製品、スキンクレンジング、メーキャップ、着香石鹸、シャワーもしくはバスムース、オイルもしくはジェル、またはフット/ハンドケア製品、衛生製品、エアーフレッシュナー、「すぐに使用できる」粉末状エアーフレッシュナー、カビ取り剤、ファニッシャケア製品、拭き取り用品、食器用洗剤または硬質表面洗剤、レザーケア製品、カーケア製品であることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の着香消費者製品。
- 賦香組成物または着香物品の匂いの特性を付与、強化、改善または改変する方法であって、前記組成物または物品に、請求項10に規定された有効量の少なくとも1種の式(I)の化合物を添加することを含む、方法。
