Description

Claims (3)
- プレートに固定して取り付けられる面である第1の面と、該第1の面とは反対側の露出面である第2の面と、を有し、前記第1の面と前記第2の面との間に所定の厚さを有する繊維材料と、
キリ油およびフェノール樹脂を含むフィラー材料であって、前記キリ油は、前記第1の面から第1の厚さを有する前記繊維材料の第1の部分内に浸み込まされており、前記フェノール樹脂は、前記第2の面から第2の厚さを有する前記繊維材料の第2の部分内に浸み込まされている、フィラー材料と、
を備える摩擦材であって、
前記第1の厚さは前記第1の面と前記第2の面との間の前記所定の厚さよりも小さく、前記第2の面は、前記フェノール樹脂のみが浸み込んだ前記繊維材料から成る、摩擦材。 - 前記第2の厚さは前記第1の面と前記第2の面との間の前記所定の厚さよりも小さく、前記第1の面は、前記キリ油のみが浸み込んだ前記繊維材料から成る、請求項1記載の摩擦材。
- 前記第1の厚さは、前記所定の厚さの25%〜99%である、請求項1または2記載の摩擦材。
