Description
・駆動制御:装置の電源をオン/オフにする空気圧/液圧/電気的制御
・試料の取付け:グリップ制御およびアクチュエーターの位置決めによる
・試験制御:試料の所望の負荷シーケンスの適用
・測定応答:与えられた負荷に対する試料の測定応答の取得
・表示:デジタル計またはグラフにおけるオンラインプロセス/制御情報の表示
・データ処理および報告書作成
・試験報告書の印刷/電子メール
ステップ1:タブレットホルダーブラケット(図3の参照符号308)を、図8に示すような試験システムに設けられたスロットに取り付ける。
ステップ2:垂直チューブ(図3の参照符号306)を、図8に示すような取付けブラケットに挿入する。
ステップ3:垂直チューブに刻まれた目盛りを用いることにより、垂直チューブの垂直高さを調整する(図7)。
ステップ4:タブレットグリッパーに接続した垂直頂端部(垂直チューブ)の角度位置を、垂直頂端部を垂直軸の周りに回転させることにより調整する(図7)。
ステップ5:ノブ(図3の参照符号310)を回転させることにより、垂直チューブをタブレットホルダーブラケット上にロックする(図7)。
ステップ6:タブレットグリッパーの3自由度の角度位置の決定を容易にするスイベルジョイントを介して垂直チューブとタブレットグリッパーとを接続する(図7)。
ステップ7:垂直チューブの頂端部に設けられたノブ(図3の参照符号314)を回転させることにより、タブレットグリッパーの向きをロックする(図7)。
ステップ8:所与のサイズのタブレットに適合するようにタブレットグリッパーのスイベルコーナー具を調整することにより、タブレットを配置する。
ステップ9:ノブ(図3の参照符号312)を回すことにより、タブレットグリッパーのスイベルコーナー具をロックする。
ステップ10:タブレット充電器のUSBケーブル、並びにEストップ、および/またはリセット、オン/オフ、ジョグホイール機構等の他の任意の重要なハードワイヤ接続ボタンの配線を、図5、6にそれぞれ示すような隠れた内部配線経路に通す。

Claims (1)
- ガジェットを備えた電子ガジェットを保持する装置において、
ガジェットホルダー取付けブラケットと、
高さ調整可能なチューブと、
高さ調整可能なロックと、
前記高さ調整可能なチューブの頂端部に接続されているクランプに固定され、前記電子ガジェットの対角の端部を保持するスイベルコーナー具を備えたガジェットグリッパーと、
アクチュエーターの動作またはクロスヘッドの動作を制御して、前記ガジェットグリッパーを開閉すると共に、スイベルコーナー具間の距離を変化させるジョグホイールとを具備し、
前記高さ調整可能なチューブの底端部が該ガジェットホルダー取付けブラケットに固定され、前記高さ調整可能なチューブの頂端部にはガジェット回転ロックが設けられており、
前記ガジェットグリッパーは、前記ジョグホイールへの入力に基づき、前記アクチュエーターまたは前記クロスヘッドの動作を容易にするロータリーエンコーダーおよび関連する電子ハードウェアを備え、
前記ジョグホイール、ロータリエンコーダおよび/または電子ガジェットに接続されているワイヤが該装置の内部に延設されている装置。
