また、前記位置制御装置において、前記加圧手段は、前記圧力センサで測定される圧力に比例して前記スティックバーの回転角度を制限することが好ましい。
本発明に係るジョイスティックを用いた位置制御装置は、スティック手段10と、検知手段20と、モータ25と、加圧手段30とを含む。
スティック手段10は、スティックバー11と、ハウジング17とを備える。
ティックバー11は、一端12と他端13との間にボール14が形成されている。そして、ボール14と一端12との間には突起した支持片15を備える。
モータ25は、前記圧力センサによって圧力が測定されれば駆動される。即ち、モータ25は圧力センサから圧力が伝達されれば駆動される。
このために、加圧手段30は第1ギア31と、第2ギア33と、バネ35と、環状リング37とを備える。
バネ35は、一端がスティックバー11の支持片15に支持されるように支持片15と第1ギア31との間に取り付けられる。

Claims (6)
- 一端に荷重が作用すれば、前記一端と他端との間の一地点を中心に回転できるスティックバーを備えたスティック手段と、
前記スティック手段の回転の位置を検知する検知手段と、
圧力センサから圧力が測定されれば駆動されるモータと、
前記圧力が増加する方向に前記スティックバーが回転するのを妨げるように前記圧力センサで測定される圧力に比例して前記モータの駆動により圧力を加える加圧手段と
を含むことを特徴とするジョイスティックを用いた位置制御装置。 - 前記加圧手段は、
前記圧力センサで測定される圧力に比例して前記スティックバーの回転角度を制限することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジョイスティックを用いた位置制御装置。 - 前記スティック手段は、
前記スティックバーは前記一地点にボールが形成され、
前記スティックバーの前記一端が挿入され、前記他端が露出し、前記スティックバーが前記ボールを中心に回転できるように前記ボールが結合されるハウジングを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のジョイスティックを用いた位置制御装置。 - 前記ハウジングは、上部に前記スティックバーが前記ボールを中心に回転できるように前記スティックバーを覆う突起が形成され、
前記加圧手段は、前記突起を覆って前記突起とネジ結合する第1ギアと、前記モータによって回転し、前記第1ギアを前記突起に沿って移動させて前記第1ギアと前記スティックバーの一端との距離が調節されるように前記第1ギアと歯合する第2ギアと、一端は前記スティックバーに支持され、前記第1ギアが前記スティックバーの一端に移動すれば、前記スティックバーに力を加えることができるように前記第1ギアによって圧縮されるバネとを備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のジョイスティックを用いた位置制御装置。 - 前記加圧手段は、
前記第1ギアの上部でスライドできるように前記バネの他端を支持して前記スティックバーを覆う環状リングを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のジョイスティックを用いた位置制御装置。 - 前記検知手段は、
前記スティックバーの他端に結合されている磁石と、
前記磁石の位置を検知できるように前記ハウジングに取り付けられている複数のマグネチックセンサと
を備えることを特徴とする請求項3〜5の何れか1項に記載のジョイスティックを用いた位置制御装置。
