Description
先ず、図1及び図2を参照して、本発明の実施形態に係る車両内装用ボード1の構成について詳細に説明する。図1は、車両内装用ボード1の概略構造を示す斜視図である。車両内装用ボード1は、例えば、自動車等の車両の荷室の床板等として用いられるものである。
図3(A)ないし図3(C)は、車両内装用ボード1の製造工程を示す図である。図3(A)は、一対の金属板11、12が下型21及び上型22にセットされた状態を示す図である。図3(B)は、成形空間50が形成された状態を示す図であり、図3(C)は、発泡ポリウレタン層13が形成された状態を示す図である。

Claims (3)
- 一対の金属板と、
前記一対の金属板の間に形成された発泡ポリウレタン層と、を備え、
前記金属板の外面には、外側に向かって突出し前記外面に沿って所定の方向に延在する凸条部が形成されており、
周囲縁部において、前記発泡ポリウレタン層は、前記金属板の周囲端部を覆い、前記金属板の前記外面と面一に形成されていることを特徴とする車両内装用ボード。 - 平板状の一対の金属板をそれぞれ所定の平面形状に成形する工程と、
前記一対の金属板のそれぞれ内面になる主面にエポキシ樹脂系のコーティング剤を塗布する工程と、
前記コーティング剤が塗布された前記内面になる主面を対向させて前記一対の金属板を下型及び上型で挟み込んで前記一対の金属板の間に成形空間を形成する工程と、
前記成形空間に発泡ポリウレタンの原料を注入して反応させて発泡ポリウレタン層を形成する工程と、を具備し、
前記下型及び前記上型には、それぞれ前記金属板の外面が当接するように前記金属板がセットされるセット面が形成されており、
前記下型及び前記上型の少なくとも一方の前記セット面には、所定の方向に延在する凹溝部が形成されており、
前記発泡ポリウレタン層を形成する工程では、前記発泡ポリウレタンの圧力によって平坦な前記金属板が押圧され変形して前記外面から前記凹溝部に対応する形状に突出する凸条部が形成されることを特徴とする車両内装用ボードの製造方法。 - 前記下型及び前記上型の前記セット面は、前記金属板の前記平面形状よりも大きく形成されており、
前記一対の金属板は、それぞれ前記セット面の中央付近に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両内装用ボードの製造方法。
