Claims (8)
- シャフトに相対回転可能に設けられている複数個の変速ギヤと、前記変速ギヤと前記シャフトの軸方向で隣り合う位置に設けられ、前記変速ギヤと前記シャフトとが一体的に回転する接続状態と前記変速ギヤと前記シャフトとが相対回転する遮断状態とに切り替える切替機構と、前記切替機構を前記シャフトの軸方向に移動するためのシフトフォークと、回転角に応じて前記シフトフォークの位置を規定するシフトバレルとを、含み、前記切替機構は、前記シャフトの軸方向に並んで配置され、該シャフトに対して相対回転不能、且つ、該シャフトの軸方向に相対移動可能な第1リングおよび第2リングと、前記第1リングと前記第2リングとの間に介挿され、該第1リングと該第2リングとを連結する弾性部材とを、含む車両用変速機、の制御装置であって、
前記シフトバレルの回転中に該シフトバレルに作用する反力の関連値が、予め設定されている範囲から外れた場合、前記車両用変速機に異常が発生したものと判定する異常判定部を備える
ことを特徴とする車両用変速機の制御装置。 - 前記異常判定部は、前記シフトバレルの回転中に該シフトバレルに作用する前記反力の関連値が前記範囲の上限値よりも大きいか、または、前記反力の関連値が前記範囲の下限値よりも小さいかに基づいて、前記異常の原因を特定することを特徴とする請求項1の車両用変速機の制御装置。
- 前記異常判定部は、前記シフトバレルの回転中に該シフトバレルに作用する前記反力の関連値が前記範囲の下限値よりも小さい場合、前記弾性部材の破損、前記シフトフォークの破損または摩耗、前記シフトバレルの破損または摩耗、の何れかが発生したものと判断することを特徴とする請求項2の車両用変速機の制御装置。
- 前記異常判定部は、前記シフトバレルの回転中に該シフトバレルに作用する前記反力の関連値が前記範囲の上限値よりも大きい場合、前記弾性部材が弾性変形した状態から戻らなくなる不具合、前記切替機構と前記シャフトとの間の摺動抵抗の増加、の何れかが発生したものと判断することを特徴とする請求項2の車両用変速機の制御装置。
- 前記異常判定部は、前記車両用変速機の変速中に前記接続状態から前記遮断状態に切り替わる前記切替機構が、該接続状態から該遮断状態に切り替わる過渡期の前記反力の関連値を検出することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1に記載の車両用変速機の制御装置。
- 前記異常判定部は、前記車両用変速機の変速中に前記遮断状態から前記接続状態に切り替わる前記切替機構が、該遮断状態から該接続状態に切り替わる過渡期の前記反力の関連値を検出することを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1に記載の車両用変速機の制御装置。
- 前記異常判定部は、前記シフトバレルの回転中の力積を算出し、算出された力積が予め設定されている範囲から外れた場合、前記異常の発生を判定することを特徴とする請求項1から6の何れか1に記載の車両用変速機の制御装置。
- 前記第1リングは、前記変速ギヤに前記シャフトの軸方向で隣り合う位置に配置され、
前記第2リングは、前記第1リングに対して前記変速ギヤと反対側に配置され、
前記第1リングには、前記変速ギヤ側に向かって突き出す第1の噛合歯が形成され、
前記第2リングには、前記第1リングを貫通し、前記変速ギヤ側に向かって突き出す第2の噛合歯が形成され、
前記第1の噛合歯と前記第2の噛合歯とは、前記シャフトの回転方向で並んで配置され、
前記変速ギヤには、前記第1の噛合歯および前記第2の噛合歯と噛合可能なギヤ側噛合歯が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用変速機の制御装置。
