Description
図1は、第1の実施形態に係るマンモグラフィ装置及び穿刺支援システムの構成例を示す図である。例えば、図1に示すように、マンモグラフィ装置100は、撮影台装置110と、高電圧発生装置120と、コンソール装置130とを有する。
例えば、上述した実施形態では、導出機能134cが一つの穿刺経路を導出する場合の例を説明したが、実施形態はこれに限られない。
また、上述した第1の実施形態では、導出機能134cが、石灰化の三次元的な分布の重心の位置、及び、穿刺針230における開口部230aの位置に基づいて、穿刺針230を刺入する穿刺深さを導出する場合の例を説明したが、実施形態はこれに限られない。
また、上述した第1の実施形態では、導出機能134cが、穿刺経路に関する情報をコンソール装置130のディスプレイ132に表示する場合の例を説明したが、実施形態はこれに限られない。

Claims (7)
- 被検者の乳房の三次元画像データを収集する収集部と、
前記三次元画像データから複数の病変部を検出する検出部と、
前記複数の病変部の三次元的な分布から導出された回帰直線に基づいて、前記乳房に穿刺針を刺入する穿刺経路を導出する導出部と
を備える、乳房X線撮影装置。 - 被検者の乳房の三次元画像データを収集する収集部と、
前記三次元画像データから複数の病変部を検出する検出部と、
前記複数の病変部の三次元的な分布から導出された直線に基づいて、前記乳房に穿刺針を刺入する穿刺経路を導出する導出部と
を備え、
前記導出部は、前記穿刺経路、及び、前記複数の病変部の分布の範囲に基づいて、前記穿刺針の太さを推定する、
乳房X線撮影装置。 - 被検者の乳房の三次元画像データを収集する収集部と、
前記三次元画像データから複数の病変部を検出する検出部と、
前記複数の病変部の三次元的な分布から導出された直線に基づいて、前記乳房に穿刺針を刺入する穿刺経路を導出する導出部と
を備え、
前記穿刺針は、検体を採取するための開口部を有しており、
前記導出部は、前記複数の病変部の三次元的な分布の重心を導出し、当該重心の位置、及び、前記穿刺針における前記開口部の位置に基づいて、前記穿刺針を刺入する穿刺深さをさらに導出する、
乳房X線撮影装置。 - 被検者の乳房の三次元画像データを収集する収集部と、
前記三次元画像データから複数の病変部を検出する検出部と、
前記複数の病変部の三次元的な分布から導出された直線に基づいて、前記乳房に穿刺針を刺入する穿刺経路を導出する導出部と
を備え、
前記穿刺針は、検体を採取するための開口部を有しており、
前記導出部は、前記乳房に対して関心領域を指定する操作を操作者から受け付け、当該関心領域の位置、及び、前記穿刺針における前記開口部の位置に基づいて、前記穿刺針を刺入する穿刺深さをさらに導出する、
乳房X線撮影装置。 - 被検者の乳房の三次元画像データを収集する収集部と、
前記三次元画像データから複数の病変部を検出する検出部と、
前記複数の病変部の三次元的な分布から導出された直線に基づいて、前記乳房に穿刺針を刺入する穿刺経路を導出する導出部と
を備え、
前記導出部は、前記穿刺針によって検体が採取される領域を予測し、当該領域の位置及び大きさを示す情報を前記穿刺経路と関連付けて表示する、
乳房X線撮影装置。 - 前記導出部は、操作者から受け付けた操作に応じて、前記穿刺経路を修正する、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の乳房X線撮影装置。 - 被検者の乳房に穿刺針を刺入する穿刺アダプタと、
乳房X線撮影装置によって収集された前記乳房の三次元画像データから複数の病変部を検出する検出部と、
前記複数の病変部の三次元的な分布から導出された回帰直線に基づいて、前記乳房に穿刺針を刺入する穿刺経路を導出する導出部と、
前記穿刺経路に基づいて、前記穿刺アダプタを制御する制御部と
を備える、穿刺支援システム。
