また、画素Pを構成する各部の積層構造は、上記の構成に限定されない。例えば、画素
電極PIT及び共通電極CITが櫛歯形状を有し同層に配置されてもよい。
続いて、第2の実施形態について、図面を用いて説明する。なお、第1の実施形態と同様の構成については、その説明を省略する。
続いて、第3の実施形態について、図面を用いて説明する。なお、第1の実施形態、第2の実施形態と同様の構成については、その説明を省略する。
Claims (9)
- 第1の方向に延伸する第1のデータ線と、
前記第1の方向に並べて配置された第1の画素電極と、第2の画素電極と、
前記第1の方向において、前記第1の画素電極と前記第2の画素電極との間に配置され、前記第1の画素電極および前記第2の画素電極と隣接する第3の画素電極と、
前記第1の画素電極に接続された第1のトランジスタと、
前記第2の画素電極に接続された第2のトランジスタと、
前記第3の画素電極に接続された第3のトランジスタと、
前記第1のトランジスタと前記第2のトランジスタとに電気的に接続される第1のゲート線と、
前記第3のトランジスタに電気的に接続される第2のゲート線と、を含み、
前記第1の画素電極は、前記第1の方向に沿う第1の長さが、前記第1の方向と垂直方向の第2の方向に沿う第2の長さよりも短く、前記第1の画素電極は、少なくとも1のスリットを有し、前記スリットは、前記第2の方向に対して、45度以下の角度方向に延伸する、

前記第1のゲート線は、前記第4のトランジスタ、第5のトランジスタおよび第6のトランジスタのうち、いずれか一つと電気的に接続される、
