Claims (6)
- 軸心に沿って内腔(20a)を有するカテーテル(20)と、
前記内腔(20a)に後退可能に挿通される内針(50)と、を備えるカテーテル組立体(10)であって、
前記内針(50)は、
針孔(50a)を有する胴部(52)と、
前記胴部(52)よりも先端側に設けられ、前記内針(50)の軸心に対して傾斜した刃面(58)と、
前記胴部(52)と前記刃面(58)とを繋ぐ外面の少なくとも一部に設けられた内針側係止面(64、66a、67、68)と、
前記内針側係止面(64、66a、67、68)と前記刃面(58)との間に形成される中間面(57)と、を含むと共に、前記内針側係止面(64、66a、67、68)と前記中間面(57)とにより、前記胴部(52)に対して径方向内側に凹んだ凹部(64)が形成されており、
前記カテーテル(20)の内面は、前記内針(50)が前記内腔(20a)に挿通された組立状態で、前記内針側係止面(64、66a、67、68)に当接するカテーテル側係止面(32、32A、34、35)を有し、
前記組立状態で、前記内針側係止面(64、66a、67、68)と前記カテーテル側係止面(32、32A、34、35)とが当接していることにより、前記内針(50)に対する前記カテーテル(20)の基端方向の相対移動が規制されており、
前記中間面(57)は、前記針孔(50a)に連通し、前記組立状態で、前記カテーテル(20)により少なくとも一部が覆われる開放口(57a)を有する
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル組立体(10)において、
前記内針側係止面(64)及び前記カテーテル側係止面(32、32A)は、前記内針(50)の軸心に対して共に直交している
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル組立体(10)において、
前記中間面(57)は、前記内針(50)の軸心と平行である
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル組立体(10)において、
前記カテーテル(20)の内周部は、径方向内側に突出した膨出部(28)を有し、
前記カテーテル側係止面(32、32A、35)は、前記膨出部(28)に形成されている
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル組立体(10)において、
前記カテーテル(20)の最先端は、前記組立状態で、前記刃面(58)の基端に位置する
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。 - 請求項1記載のカテーテル組立体(10)において、
前記カテーテル(20)は、ポリウレタンを含む材料により構成されている
ことを特徴とするカテーテル組立体(10)。
