Abstract
Description
しかしながら、特許文献4に開示される方法では水粒子の径を40nm以下にすることはできず、水粒子と油及び固形物との結合力を十分に弱めることができず、長時間静置してもこれらを分離することができない。
図中1は研削装置(NCマシーン)であり、研削刃の部分に水溶性クーラントが供給される。水溶性クーラントは5%程度の潤滑油と水から構成される。
タンク22を設ける代わりに、1つのタンクを用いて循環処理してもよい。
Claims (4)
- 筒状処理装置の一端を水溶性クーラントの流入口、他端を水溶性クーラントの流出口とし、前記筒状処理装置内の上流部を水粒子細化部とし、筒状処理装置内の中間部に絞り部を設け、この絞り部の下流側を圧力開放部とし、前記水粒子細化部内にアルカリ金属の酸化物、アルカリ土類金属の酸化物、第8〜10属元素の酸化物の少なくとも1つを含むセラミック材料と、少なくともミネラル分として鉄分を含む備長炭を焼成した灰分との混合物を造粒・焼成してなるにセラミック粒子とを充填し、前記処理装置の流入口から使用済み水溶性クーラントを水粒子細化部に流入させ、充填したセラミック粒子表面に使用済み水溶性クーラントを接触させて使用済み水溶性クーラントを構成する水粒子の微細化を図り、更に水粒子が微細化された水溶性クーラントに前記圧力開放部でキャビテーションによって微細気泡を発生させて水溶性クーラント中の水粒子と油粒子及び固形物との結合力を弱め、使用済み水溶性クーラントを油相、水相及び固形物に分離することを特徴とする水溶性クーラントの再生方法。
- 請求項1に記載の水溶性クーラントの再生方法において、前記備長炭を焼成温度は1250℃〜1330℃であり、微細化された水粒子の径は40nmより小さいことを特徴とする水溶性クーラントの再生方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の水溶性クーラントの再生方法において、前記セラミック粒子に備長炭の他に木節粘土を加えることを特徴とする水溶性クーラントの再生方法。
- 請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の水溶性クーラントの再生方法において、前記キャビテーションによって生じた水溶性クーラント中の微細気泡は、ノズル部において更に微細化されることを特徴とする水溶性クーラントの再生方法。
