Claims (14)
- 繊維基材の繊維間の空間に、架橋剤が添加された充填用の熱可塑性ポリウレタンが充填されて構成され、前記充填用の熱可塑性ポリウレタンの前記繊維基材への付与量は、前記繊維基材100質量部に対し固形分換算で5質量部以上35質量部以下であり、
前記架橋剤は、オキサゾリン基含有化合物とカルボジイミド基含有化合物とのうちの少なくとも一方を含む、樹脂充填繊維基材。 - 前記充填用の熱可塑性ポリウレタンの前記繊維基材への付与量は、前記繊維基材100質量部に対し固形分換算で10質量部以上20質量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂充填繊維基材。
- 前記架橋剤の添加量は、前記繊維基材100質量部に対し固形分換算で0.1質量部以上2.0質量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂充填繊維基材。
- 前記架橋剤の添加量は、前記繊維基材100質量部に対し固形分換算で0.4質量部以上1.0質量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の樹脂充填繊維基材。
- 前記繊維基材は、シート状又は糸束状であり、前記樹脂充填繊維基材はシート状又は紐状であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のうちいずれか1項に記載の樹脂充填繊維基材。
- 前記充填用の熱可塑性ポリウレタンの粒子の平均粒径は、0.01μm以上0.2μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のうちいずれか1項に記載の樹脂充填繊維基材。
- 請求項1から6のうちいずれか1項に記載の前記樹脂充填繊維基材と熱可塑性樹脂で構成されたマトリックス樹脂が積層されて構成されていることを特徴とする繊維強化複合材料。
- 前記マトリックス樹脂は、ポリプロピレンであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の繊維強化複合材料。
- 請求項7又は8に記載の繊維強化複合材料で成形されていることを特徴とする繊維強化複合材料成形品。
- 繊維基材に、充填用の熱可塑性ポリウレタンの粒子を水系媒体中に分散させた水系樹脂分散体及び架橋剤であるオキサゾリン基含有化合物とカルボジイミド基含有化合物とのうちの少なくとも一方を付与し、乾燥処理をして水系媒体を除去して、前記繊維基材の繊維間の空間に、前記架橋剤が添加された前記充填用の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを充填し、前記充填用の熱可塑性ポリウレタンを前記繊維基材100質量部に対し固形分換算で5質量部以上35質量部以下付与して成形することを特徴とする樹脂充填繊維基材の製造方法。
- 前記架橋剤の添加量は、前記繊維基材100質量部に対し固形分換算で0.1質量部以上2.0質量部以下であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の樹脂充填繊維基材の製造方法。
- 前記繊維基材は、シート状又は糸束状であり、前記樹脂充填繊維基材はシート状又は紐状であることを特徴とする請求項10又は11に記載の樹脂充填繊維基材の製造方法。
- 請求項10から12のうちいずれか1項に記載の樹脂充填繊維基材の製造方法で成形された樹脂充填繊維基材とマトリックス樹脂とを積層し、加圧すると共に加熱して、前記樹脂充填基材とマトリックス樹脂とを一体化して成形することを特徴とする繊維強化複合材料の製造
方法。 - 請求項13に記載の繊維強化複合材料の製造方法で成形された繊維強化複合材料を単独で、積層し又は引き揃え、加圧下で加熱すると同時に所定の形状に成形することを特徴とする繊維強化複合材料成形品の製造方法。
