Description
(B)成分:光カチオン重合開始剤、
(C)成分:熱カチオン重合開始剤、および
(D)成分:イソシアヌル環を有する化合物、
を含有し、(A)成分100質量部に対して(D)成分0.01〜7質量部を含有する、カチオン硬化性樹脂組成物。
(B)成分:光カチオン重合開始剤、
(C)成分:熱カチオン重合開始剤、および
(D)成分:イソシアヌル環を有する化合物、
を含有し、(A)成分100質量部に対して(D)成分0.01〜7質量部を含有する、カチオン硬化性樹脂組成物である。
本発明の(A)成分であるカチオン重合性化合物(カチオン硬化性化合物とも称する)とは、活性エネルギー線照射または加熱によりカチオン重合開始剤から発生するカチオン種により、架橋反応を起こす化合物である。(A)成分としては、特に限定されないが、例えば、エポキシ樹脂等のエポキシ化合物、オキセタン化合物、ビニルエーテル化合物等を用いることができる。中でも、硬化物の特性が優れるという観点からエポキシ化合物が好ましい。これらは1種単独あるいは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明の(B)成分は、光カチオン重合開始剤であり、活性エネルギー線の照射によりカチオン種を発生する化合物である。特に限定されないが、例えば、芳香族スルホニウム系光カチオン重合開始剤、芳香族ヨードニウム系光カチオン重合開始剤を挙げることができる。これらは単独で用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。なお、熱でも活性エネルギー線でもカチオン種を発生する開始剤は、本発明において(B)成分とする。
本発明の(C)成分としては、熱カチオン重合開始剤であり、加熱によりカチオン種を発生する化合物である。特に限定されないが、例えば、芳香族スルホニウム系熱カチオン重合開始剤、芳香族ヨードニウム系熱カチオン重合開始剤等が挙げられる。これらは単独で用いられてもよく、2種以上が併用されてもよい。
本発明の(D)成分としては、イソシアヌル環を有する化合物である。本発明の(D)成分は本発明のその他成分に対して所定の含有量で組み合わせることにより、低温(100℃未満)硬化性を維持しながら、貯蔵安定性を有するという効果をもたらす。(D)成分としては、例えば、(メタ)アクリロイル基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物、アリル基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物、グリシジル基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物、メルカプト基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物などがあげられ、中でも、光硬化性および低温(100℃未満)硬化性を維持しながら、貯蔵安定性を有するという観点から、(メタ)アクリロイル基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物、アリル基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物、グリシジル基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物が好ましく、特に好ましくは、(メタ)アクリロイル基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物、アリル基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物である。これらは単独あるいは混合して使用してもよい。
さらに、本発明のカチオン硬化性樹脂組成物に対して、本発明の特性を損なわない範囲において、(E)成分として、顔料、染料などの着色剤を含有させることができる。中でも、耐久性の観点から顔料が好ましい。顔料の中でも隠蔽性が優れるという観点から黒色顔料が好ましい。黒色顔料としては、例えば、カーボンブラック、黒酸化チタン、銅クロムブラック、シアニンブラック、アニリンブラックなどがあげられるが、中でも、隠蔽性と本発明の(A)成分に対する分散性という観点からカーボンブラックが好ましい。
・実施例1
(A)成分として、水添ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂(a1)(YX8000、三菱化学株式会社製、粘度(mPa・s 25℃)1850)80質量部と、3’,4’−エポキシシクロヘキシルメチル3,4−エポキシシクロヘキサンカルボキシレート(a2)(セロキサイド2021P、株式会社ダイセル製、粘度(mPa・s 25℃)100〜600)20質量部と、
(B)成分として、芳香族ヨードニウム塩含有光カチオン重合開始剤(b1)(PI−2074、ローディア社製)5質量部と、
(C)成分として、芳香族スルホニウム系熱カチオン重合開始剤(c1)(SI−B3A、三新化学工業株式会社製)0.1質量部と、
(D)成分として、イソシアヌル酸EO変性ジ及びトリアクリレート(d1)(M−313、東亜合成株式会社製)0.5質量部と、
を添加し、遮光下で常温にてプラネタリーミキサーで60分混合し、カチオン硬化性樹脂組成物である実施例1を得た。
実施例1において、d1成分0.5質量部を1質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、実施例2を得た。
実施例1において、d1成分0.5質量部を3質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、実施例3を得た。
実施例1において、d1成分0.5質量部をイソシアヌル酸ジアリル(d2)(試薬)5質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、実施例4を得た。
実施例1において、a1成分80質量部を95質量部に変更し、a2成分20質量部を5質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、実施例5を得た。
実施例1において、d1成分を除いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、比較例1を得た。
実施例1において、d1成分0.5質量部を10質量部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、比較例2を得た。
実施例4において、d2成分5質量部を10質量部に変更した以外は、実施例4と同様にして調製し、比較例3を得た。
実施例1において、c1成分の代わりにトリフェニルアミン(c’1)を用いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、比較例4を得た。
実施例1において、c1成分0.1質量部の代わりにトリフェニルアミン1質量部にした以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、比較例5を得た。
実施例1において、c1成分を除いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、比較例6を得た。
実施例1において、b1成分を除いた以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、比較例7を得た。
各カチオン硬化性樹脂組成物0.01gをスライドガラス上に滴下し、カバーグラスを被せてカチオン硬化性組成物が薄膜としてガラスに挟まれた試験片を作成した。次に紫外線照射機により波長365nmの活性エネルギー線を積算光量3000mJ/cm2になるように照射後、ガラス同士が接着して手で動かせなくなることを確認する試験を行った。
80℃に設定したホットプレート上に各カチオン硬化性樹脂組成物を0.1g滴下して、30分後に先端が尖った棒で接触し、組成物の硬化有無を評価した。
各カチオン硬化性樹脂組成物の調製終了直後に、25℃に調整したコーンプレート型回転粘度計(E型粘度計)を用いて「初期粘度」を測定した。次に、各カチオン硬化性樹脂組成物を遮光のプラスチック容器に保管して25℃雰囲気下で24時間保管し、その後、「貯蔵後粘度」を測定した。「粘度の変化度合い」を「貯蔵後粘度」÷「初期粘度」で求めて、下記の評価基準に基づき評価した。結果を表1に示す。「○」「◎」であれば貯蔵安定性として優れる。

実施例1において、さらに(E)成分として黒色顔料としてカーボンブラック(SRBブラック T−04、御国色素株式会社製)1質量部を加えた以外は、実施例1と同様にして調製し、実施例6を得た。
実施例6のカチオン硬化性樹脂組成物を厚みが0.2mmになるよう伸ばして表面が平滑な試験片を作成し、紫外線照射機により365nmの活性エネルギー線を積算光量3000mJ/cm2になるように照射した。そして、更に前記試験片を80℃の恒温槽中で30分間加熱し、硬化物を得た。そして、硬化物の透過率(550nm)を分光光度計UV−2450(島津製作所製)にて測定した。透過率は、1%未満であり、硬化物の隠蔽性が優れることが確認できた。
Claims (3)
- (A)成分:水添エポキシ樹脂、または脂環式エポキシ化合物、
(B)成分:光カチオン重合開始剤、
(C)成分:熱カチオン重合開始剤、および
(D)成分:(メタ)アクリロイル基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物、またはアリル基とイソシアヌル環含有化合物、
を含有し、(A)成分100質量部に対して(D)成分0.01〜7質量部を含有する、カチオン硬化性樹脂組成物。 - 前記(C)成分が、芳香族スルホニウム系熱カチオン重合開始剤または芳香族ヨードニウム系熱カチオン重合開始剤である、請求項1に記載のカチオン硬化性樹脂組成物。
- (E)成分:顔料、をさらに含有する、請求項1または2に記載のカチオン硬化性樹脂組成物。
