Claims (4)
- 弾性基板を提供し、第一方向及び第二方向に沿って、前記弾性基板に予引張を付与し、前記弾性基板を引張状態にさせるステップであって、前記第一方向及び前記第二方向が交差しているステップS1と、
カーボンナノチューブフィルム構造体を引張状態の前記弾性基板の表面に敷設するステップであって、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルム構造体が積層して設置された複数のドローン構造カーボンナノチューブフィルムからなり、各々の前記ドローン構造カーボンナノチューブフィルムが基本的に同一方向に沿って配列されている複数のカーボンナノチューブを含むステップS2と、
前記弾性基板に対する予引張を除去し、引張状態にある前記弾性基板を元の形態に回復させ、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルム構造体の表面に複数のしわを形成して、更に引張り可能な薄膜構造体を形成するステップS3と、
を含むことを特徴とする引張り可能な薄膜構造体の製造方法。 - 前記第一方向及び前記第二方向は、垂直に交差していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の引張り可能な薄膜構造体の製造方法。
- 前記ステップS3の後、更に前記弾性基板を除去するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の引張り可能な薄膜構造体の製造方法。
- 引張り可能な薄膜構造体は、カーボンナノチューブフィルム構造体を含み、該カーボンナノチューブフィルム構造体が複数のドローン構造カーボンナノチューブフィルムからなり、複数のドローン構造カーボンナノチューブフィルムが積層して設置され、各積層におけるドローン構造カーボンナノチューブフィルムが複数のカーボンナノチューブからなり、複数のカーボンナノチューブが基本的に同じ方向に沿って配列され、積層方向に隣接する前記ドローン構造カーボンナノチューブフィルムにおけるカーボンナノチューブの延在方向は90°の角度で交差して設置され、前記カーボンナノチューブフィルム構造体の表面が複数のしわを有することを特徴とする引張り可能な薄膜構造体。
