Description
図1及び図2を参照すると、本実施形態は、電歪複合構造体20を提供する。該電歪複合構造体20は、柔軟性の高分子構造体24及び該柔軟性の高分子構造体24の中に設置された複数の一次元の導電構造体22を含む。前記柔軟性の高分子構造体24の形状が直方体である。前記柔軟性の高分子構造体24において、前記複数の一次元の導電構造体22は、同じ平面に配列され、該平面が前記電歪複合構造体20の表面に平行する。前記複数の一次元の導電構造体22は、図1に示すX方向に向いて平行して配列している。前記柔軟性の高分子構造体24は、シリコーンゴムフィルムである。前記一次元の導電構造体22は、カーボンナノチューブであり、該カーボンナノチューブが前記電歪複合構造体20における質量パーセンテージ含有量が0.1%〜3%である。

Claims (3)
- 柔軟性の高分子構造体及び、該柔軟性の高分子構造体の中に設置された複数の一次元の導電構造体を含む電歪複合構造体において、
前記複数の一次元の導電構造体の軸方向が同じ方向に沿って配列され、
前記複数の一次元の導電構造体の軸方向に垂直な方向に沿って電流を流すことにより、該複数の一次元の導電構造体がその軸方向に垂直な方向に沿って、膨張することを特徴とする電歪複合構造体。 - 前記複数の一次元の導電構造体が、複数のカーボンナノチューブであり、該複数のカーボンナノチューブが平行し、同じ方向に沿って配列され、分子間力で端と端が接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の電歪複合構造体。
- 電歪複合構造体、第一電極及び第二電極を含む電歪素子において、
前記電歪複合構造体が、柔軟性の高分子構造体及び、該柔軟性の高分子構造体に設置された複数の一次元の導電構造体を含み、
前記一次元の導電構造体の軸方向が同じ方向に沿って配列され、
前記第一電極及び前記第二電極が、前記電歪複合構造体における前記一次元の導電構造体の軸方向に沿う方向の両端に設置され、該電歪複合構造体と電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする電歪素子。
