Claims (1)
- モータベース部と、
前記モータベース部に装着されて、回転軸方向の一方側に配置されるモータと、
略円筒状のハブと、前記ハブの外周面に取り付けられた複数の羽根を有し、前記モータにより回転するように配置されたインペラと、
回転軸方向から見て前記インペラの周囲を囲むように形成された環状の内周壁を有するフレームと、
前記モータベース部と前記フレームとを接続する複数のスポーク部とを備え、
前記スポーク部の側が空気の吸い込み口で、前記インペラの側が空気の吐き出し口であり、
回転軸方向に垂直な方向から見て、前記羽根の回転軸方向の他方側の端部は、前記ハブよりも回転軸方向の他方側に突出して前記内周壁の内部に入り込んでおり、かつ、前記羽根の回転軸方向の長さの半分以上の部分は露出しており、
前記モータはロータヨークを含み、前記ロータヨークの回転軸方向の一方側の面には樹脂がなく、前記ロータヨークは回転軸方向の一方側に露出し、
前記内周壁の回転軸方向の一方側の端部に対する、前記羽根の回転軸方向の他方側の端部の回転軸方向の変位量Xを、前記フレームの回転軸方向の寸法Lで除した値X/Lは、0.35以上0.55以下であり、
前記羽根の回転軸方向の他方側の端部は、前記スポーク部に接触する位置よりも回転軸方向の一方側にある、軸流ファン装置。
