Claims (13)
- キャリア(10)と、
前記キャリア(10)の主面の上に配置された反射層(20)と、
前記反射層(20)の上に配置された透明層(30)と、を備え、
前記キャリア(10)は、基体(11)と、前記基体(11)の主面に設けられた前面層(12)と、を有し、
前記基体(11)は、密度が0.1g/cm3から1.0g/cm3までの範囲内である材料、多孔質材料、発泡材料、独立気泡を含む構造を有する材料、ハニカム構造を有する材料、および炭素繊維を含む構造の1つ以上を含み、
前記透明層(30)の厚さは、20μmから500μmまでの範囲内であり、
前記反射層(20)は、前記前面層(12)および前記透明層(30)によって封止され、
前記前面層(12)の材料は、前記基体(11)とは異なる、
ミラー(200)。 - 前記ミラー(200)の曲率半径は、1mから60mまでの範囲内である、
請求項1に記載のミラー(200)。 - 前記反射層(20)は、任意の種類の接合技術により、前記キャリア(10)と直接接続されている、

請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のミラー(200)。 - 厚さが20μmから500μmまでの範囲内の透明層を用意するステップと、
前記透明層の主面に反射層を配置するステップと、
基体と、前記基体の主面に設けられ、前記基体(11)とは異なる材料からなる前面層と、を有するキャリアを用意するステップと、
前記反射層を前記キャリアに向けた状態で前記透明層と前記キャリアとを接続し、前記反射層を前記前面層および前記透明層によって封止するステップと、を含む、
ミラーの製造方法。 - 前記キャリアを用意するステップは、前記前面層と後面層との間に配置された前記基体を用意するステップを含む、
請求項11の記載の製造方法。 - 前記基体は、密度が0.1g/cm3から1.0g/cm3までの範囲内である材料、多孔質材料、発泡材料、独立気泡を含む構造を有する材料、ハニカム構造を有する材料、および炭素繊維を含む構造の1つ以上を含む、
