Claims (7)
- 一方面側及び他方面側に極性の異なる電極がそれぞれ形成された電極板からなるバイポーラ電極を有する蓄電装置であって、
セパレータを介して前記バイポーラ電極を積層してなる電極積層体と、
前記バイポーラ電極の縁部を包囲するように前記電極積層体の側面に設けられた封止体と、を備え、
前記バイポーラ電極において、前記電極板の縁部には、前記一方面及び前記他方面の少なくとも一方から突出した突出部が設けられ、
前記突出部が前記封止体に埋没した状態で、前記バイポーラ電極の縁部に前記封止体が結合されており、
前記突出部の突出方向が前記電極板の内側に傾いている、蓄電装置。 - 一方面側及び他方面側に極性の異なる電極がそれぞれ形成された電極板からなるバイポーラ電極を有する蓄電装置であって、
セパレータを介して前記バイポーラ電極を積層してなる電極積層体と、
前記バイポーラ電極の縁部を包囲するように前記電極積層体の側面に設けられた封止体と、を備え、
前記バイポーラ電極において、前記電極板の縁部には、前記一方面又は前記他方面の一方から突出した突出部が設けられ、
前記突出部が前記封止体に埋没した状態で、前記バイポーラ電極の縁部に前記封止体が結合されており、
前記突出部は、前記電極板の端面に隣接して設けられていると共に、先端に向かって先細りとなる形状を有している、蓄電装置。 - 前記突出部は、前記電極板の切断時に形成されたバリによって構成されている、請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記電極板において、前記一方面と前記封止体との接触面は、粗化面となっており、
前記突出部は、前記一方面から突出するように設けられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記電極板において、前記一方面と前記封止体との接触面は、粗化面となっており、
前記突出部は、前記他方面から突出するように設けられている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記突出部は、前記一方面及び前記他方面のそれぞれから突出するように設けられている、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記電極板において、前記一方面と前記封止体との接触面、及び前記他方面と前記封止体との接触面の少なくとも一方は、粗化面となっている、請求項6に記載の蓄電装置。
