Description
前記最内層は前記冷媒輸送ホース内を流れる冷媒及びオイルと直接接し、
前記ポリマー成分は、ポリオレフィン骨格にポリアミドブロックがグラフトされた構造を有するブロック共重合体(C)を更に含み、
ブロック共重合体(C)の含有量は、ポリマー成分100質量部に対して、5〜45質量部であり、
ポリオレフィン系エラストマー(B)及びブロック共重合体(C)の合計含有量が、ポリマー成分100質量部に対して、70質量部未満であり、
ブロック共重合体(C)が、示差走査熱量測定(DSC)において二峰性の融解ピークを有し、低温側の融解ピーク温度が85℃以上であり、高温側の融解ピーク温度が200℃以上である、冷媒輸送ホースにより達成される。
(1)ポリオレフィン系エラストマー(B)の少なくとも一部が酸変性されている。
(2)ポリアミド樹脂(A)がナイロン6である。
本発明で用いられるポリアミド樹脂(A)は、例えば、アミノ酸、ラクタムあるいはジアミンとジカルボン酸を主たる構成成分とするポリアミドである。これらの構成成分の具体例を挙げるとε−カプロラクタム、エナントラクタム、ω−ラウロラクタムなどのラクタム、ε−アミノカプロン酸、11−アミノウンデカン酸、12−アミノドデカン酸などのアミノ酸、テトラメチレンジアミン、ヘキサメチレンジアミン、ウンデカメチレンジアミン、ドデカメチレンジアミン、2,2,4−/2,4,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミン、5−メチルノナメチレンジアミン、m−キシリレンジアミン、p−キシリレンジアミン、1,3−ビスアミノメチルシクロヘキサン、1,4−ビスアミノメチルシクロヘキサン、ビス−p−アミノシクロヘキシルメタン、ビス−p−アミノシクロヘキシルプロパン、イソホロンジアミンなどのジアミン、アジピン酸、スベリン酸、アゼライン酸、ゼバシン酸、ドデカン2酸、1,4−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸、1,3−シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸、テレフタル酸、イソフタル酸、ナフタレンジカルボン酸、ダイマー酸などのジカルボン酸がある。これらの構成成分は単独あるいは2種以上の混合物の形で重合に供され、得られるポリアミド樹脂はホモポリマー、コポリマーのいずれであっても良い。
バリア層を形成する樹脂組成物には、ポリオレフィン系エラストマー(B)が含まれる。ポリオレフィン系エラストマー(B)の配合により、本発明におけるポリアミド樹脂組成物で形成されるバリア層の柔軟性、耐久性が向上する。
ブロック共重合体(C)は、ポリオレフィンの骨格(主鎖)にポリアミドブロックがグラフト結合したポリマーである。ブロック共重合体(C)は、単純なポリアミド樹脂と比較して、酸と反応する箇所が少ないので、ホース内を流れる冷媒及びオイルに由来する酸による加水分解が生じにくく、バリア層の耐久性が向上させることができる。ブロック共重合体(C)は、例えば、官能基を有するポリオレフィン系(共)重合体とその官能基と反応する機能性ポリアミドとを溶融状態で混合することにより得られる。ブロック共重合体(C)をポリアミド樹脂(A)及びポリオレフィン系エラストマー(B)に配合することにより耐久性が飛躍的に向上する。ブロック共重合体(C)の骨格となるポリオレフィンは上述のポリオレフィン系エラストマーで例示したポリオレフィンと同様のものでよく、ブロック共重合体(C)のポリアミドブロックは上述のポリアミド(A)で例示したポリアミドと同様のものでよく、これらは後述する特定の融解ピーク温度が得られるように適宜選択される。特にポリアミド6グラフトポリオレフィンが好ましい。
バリア層に含まれる樹脂組成物は酸化防止剤を含んでいてもよい。酸化防止剤としては、セミヒンダードフェノール、レスヒンダードフェノール、ヒンダードフェノール、フェノールアクリレート、ビスフェノールなどの多様なフェノール系化合物や、チオエーテル化合物、メルカプトベンズイミダゾール化合物、ジチオカルバミン酸化合物、チオウレア化合物などの硫黄系酸化防止剤を使用することができる。酸化防止剤の添加量は、ポリマー成分100質量部に対して3.0質量部以下が好ましく、より好ましくは0.3質量部〜1質量部、特に好ましくは0.4質量部〜0.8質量部である。
本発明の冷媒輸送ホースのバリア層は、耐久性および耐久性に優れるため、液体、ガスなど多様な物質の冷媒輸送用のホースのバリア層として適しており、バリア層に1層以上の他の層が積層された複層構造の冷媒輸送ホースに特に適している。
下記表に示す材料を表に示した配合で東洋精機製作所製の二軸混練機を用いて溶融混練を行い、樹脂ペレットを得た。その後、東洋精機製作所製のTダイ成形機を用い、厚さ0.35mmの樹脂シートを得た。この樹脂シートを用い、以下の評価試験を行った。
(2−1)初期引張特性
0.35mmの樹脂シートを、引張試験用のダンベル片に打ち抜き、これについて引張速度100mm/minの速度で破断試験を行い、引張破断伸度、引張破断強度を測定した。
(2−2)150℃乾熱老化試験
0.35mmの樹脂シートを、引張試験用のダンベル片に打ち抜き、150℃に設定したオーブン内に静置し、168h熱処理を行ったサンプルについて、引張速度100mm/minの速度で破断試験を行い、引張破断伸度、引張破断強度を測定し、老化前の同試験項目を100%と定義し、劣化率として表した。
(2−3)150℃耐油老化試験
0.35mmの樹脂シートを、引張試験用のダンベル片に打ち抜き、水分量を2000ppmに調製したオイル(ダフニーハーメチックオイルSP−A2:出光興産株式会社製)を47g耐圧容器に入れ、ダンベル片を投入した。この耐圧容器を、−30℃に設定された冷凍オーブン内で30分間冷却した後、5分間真空引きを行った。常温に戻した耐圧容器を、150℃に設定したオーブンに投入し168h経過するまで、オーブン内に設置した。このサンプルを引張速度100mm/minの速度で破断試験を行い、引張破断伸度、引張破断強度を測定し、老化前の同試験項目を100%と定義し、劣化率として表した。
(2−4)バリア性
バリア性試験は、0.35mmの樹脂シートを、差圧式ガス・蒸気透過率測定装置(GTR−30XAD2、G2700T−F、GTRテック(株)・ヤナコテクニカルサイエンス(株)製)を用い、差圧法(JIS K 7126−1)、測定温度90℃、冷媒はR−134aを用いて測定を行った。
(2−5)融解ピーク温度の測定
使用したブロック共重合体について、示差走査熱量計を用い、昇温速度10℃/min、常温から280℃まで昇温した後、10℃/minの速度で常温まで冷却、その後10℃/minの昇温速度で温度を制御した。融点は第二昇温プログラムで見られた融解熱量曲線の極小値(融解ピーク)を読み取った。

- ポリアミド樹脂(A)及びポリオレフィン系エラストマー(B)を含むポリマー成分を含む樹脂組成物から形成されたバリア層を最内層として有する冷媒輸送ホースであって、
前記最内層は前記冷媒輸送ホース内を流れる冷媒及びオイルと直接接し、
前記ポリマー成分は、ポリオレフィン骨格にポリアミドブロックがグラフトされた構造を有するブロック共重合体(C)を更に含み、
ブロック共重合体(C)の含有量は、ポリマー成分100質量部に対して、5〜45質量部であり、
ポリオレフィン系エラストマー(B)及びブロック共重合体(C)の合計含有量が、ポリマー成分100質量部に対して、70質量部未満であり、
ブロック共重合体(C)が、示差走査熱量測定(DSC)において二峰性の融解ピークを有し、低温側の融解ピーク温度が85℃以上であり、高温側の融解ピーク温度が200℃以上である、冷媒輸送ホース。 - ポリオレフィン系エラストマー(B)の少なくとも一部が酸変性されている、請求項1に記載の冷媒輸送ホース。
