Description
前記表面シートは、その肌対向面側が凹凸構造を有しており、該凹凸構造における凸部の頂部を形成する頂部域と、凹部の底部を形成する底部域と、該頂部域及び該底部域の間に位置する側部域とを有し、
前記頂部域に香料を含む吸収性物品を提供するものである。
フェザー剃刀(品番FAS‐10、フェザー安全剃刀(株)製)を用いて表面シート2を厚み方向Zに沿って切断する。頂部域13aでの繊維密度に関しては、表面シートの切断面の厚みをZ方向に三等分した際の上方の部位である頂部域13aを、走査電子顕微鏡を用いて拡大観察(繊維断面が30〜60本程度計測できる倍率に調整;150〜500倍)し、一定面積当たり(0.5mm2程度)の前記切断面によって切断されている繊維の断面数を数える。次に1mm2当たりの繊維の断面数に換算し、これを頂部域13aでの繊維密度とする。測定は3箇所行い、平均してそのサンプルの繊維密度とする。同様に、底部域13bでの繊維密度に関しては、表面シートの切断面の厚みをZ方向に三等分した際の下方の部位を測定して求める。同様に、側部域13cの繊維密度に関しては、表面シートの切断面の厚みをZ方向に三等分した際の中央の部位を測定して求める。なお、走査電子顕微鏡としては、日本電子(株)社製のJCM−5100(商品名)を用いる。

・1−(2−tert−ブチルシクロヘキシル)オキシブタン−2−オール(Ambercore)
・2,2,7,7−テトラメチルトリシクロ[6.2.1.01,6]ウンデカン−5−オン(iso−Longifolanone)
・(3R,3aS,6S,7R,8aS)−Octahydro−6methoxy−3,6,8,8,−tetramethyl−1H−3a,7−methanoazulene(Methyl Cedryl Ether)
・5−メチル−2−(1−メチルエチル)−フェノール(Thymol)

・Benzoin Siam
吸収性物品として、花王株式会社の軽失禁パッド50ccタイプ(商品名:ロリエさらピュア50cc)を用いた。この吸収性物品の表面シートは、図2及び図3に示す構造を有するものであった。
香料として以下の表1に示すものを用いた。この香料を、前記の表面シートにおける頂部域の位置に塗布した。塗布は、吸収性物品の全長にわたって該頂部にのみ行った。
比較例1として、各実施例と同構造の吸収性物品において、吸収性コアに香料を含んでいるものを用いた。また、比較例2として、表面シートに凹凸構造を有さないフラットな構造のシートを用い、吸収性コアに香料を含んでいるものを用いた。その他は各実施例と同様の吸収性物品を用いた。各比較例における香料の塗布量は、各実施例とすべて同じとした。
各実施例及び各比較例の吸収性物品に人尿を各20g注入し、尿臭を官能で評価した。以下の6段階で評価を行い、3名の評価者による評価の平均値を求めた。その評価結果を以下の表1に示す。
1:尿臭がしない
2:尿臭がほとんどしない
3:尿臭が弱くする
4:尿臭がする
5:尿臭が楽にする
6:尿臭が強くする

Claims (6)
- 表面シートと、裏面シートと、両シート間に配置された吸収体とを有する吸収性物品であって、
前記表面シートは、その肌対向面側が凹凸構造を有しており、該凹凸構造における凸部の頂部を形成する頂部域と、凹部の底部を形成する底部域と、該頂部域及び該底部域の間に位置する側部域とを有し、
前記頂部域に香料を含み、
前記香料が、3,7,11−トリメチルドデカ−1,6,10−トリエン−3−オール、1−[(1S,2R,5R,7S)−2,6,6,8−tetramethyltricyclo[5.3.1.0 1,5 ]undec−8−en−9−yl]ethanone、1−(2−tert−ブチルシクロヘキシル)オキシブタン−2−オール、2,2,7,7−テトラメチルトリシクロ[6.2.1.0 1,6 ]ウンデカン−5−オン、(3R,3aS,6S,7R,8aS)−Octahydro−6methoxy−3,6,8,8,−tetramethyl−1H−3a,7−methanoazulene、5−メチル−2−(1−メチルエチル)−フェノール、2−メチルウンデカナール、又はBenzoin Siamである、吸収性物品。 - 前記凸部が中空構造を有している請求項1に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記表面シートが中央域と、該中央域から前後方向に延出する前方域及び後方域を有し、前記後方域における前記凹凸構造の前記頂部域に前記香料を含む請求項1又は2に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記前方域における前記凹凸構造の前記頂部域に前記香料を含む請求項3に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記表面シートは、前記凸部は長手方向に延びる筋状の凸条部であり、前記凹部は長手方向に延びる筋状の凹条部であり、該凸条部と該凹条部とが幅方向に交互に配された前記凹凸構造を有し、前記凹条部において、隣接する下側シートと接合されている請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
- 前記側部域の繊維密度又は前記底部域の繊維密度が、前記頂部域の繊維密度よりも低くなっている請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の吸収性物品。
