Claims (9)
- メンブレンチューブ(31)を備え、メンブレンチューブ(31)は、一端がステント(32)に接続されており、抗菌材料で製造され、外径が10mm−35mmであり、肉厚が0.001mm−0.3mmであり、ステント(32)に固定して接続され、前記ステント(32)には、現像リング(106)と回収ワイヤー(105)が設けられることを特徴とする胃フローダイバーターの消化管抗菌カテーテル。
- 前記メンブレンチューブ(31)は、高分子材料、抗菌材料及び現像材料を含み、薄膜、管状薄膜又は薄肉管とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の胃フローダイバーターの消化管抗菌カテーテル。
- 前記メンブレンチューブ(31)は、高分子材料で製造される薄膜、管状薄膜又は薄肉管の外表面に抗菌材料が塗布されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の胃フローダイバーターの消化管抗菌カテーテル。
- 前記高分子材料は、ポリエチレン、フッ素重合体、ポリウレタン、シリコーンゴムのうちのいずれか1種又は複数種であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の胃フローダイバーターの消化管抗菌カテーテル。
- 前記抗菌材料は、ナノ銀イオン、銀粒子、ナノ銀、ナノ銅イオン、銅粒子、バニリン、エチルバニリン類化合物及びキトサンのうちの1種又は複数種であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の胃フローダイバーターの消化管抗菌カテーテル。
- 前記現像材料は、硫酸バリウム、炭酸ビスマス、タングステン化合物のうちの1種又は複数種であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の胃フローダイバーターの消化管抗菌カテーテル。
- 前記ステント(32)は、編糸(103)で編み上げられたメッシュチューブであり、前記編糸は、生体適合性を有する弾性糸であり、且つ、金属糸、高分子材料糸又は分解性材料糸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の胃フローダイバーターの消化管抗菌カテーテル。
- 前記ステント(32)は、ステント上部(101)とステント下部(102)を含み、ステント上部(101)の外径がステント下部(102)よりも5〜15mm大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の胃フローダイバーターの消化管抗菌カテーテル。
- ハウジング、リリーサー、プッシュユニット及び請求項1−8のいずれか1項に記載の消化管抗菌カテーテルを備え、
前記ハウジング(1)は、管状を呈しており、その一端には第1開口(11)を有し、他端には第2開口(13)を有し、その内部には、放出対象となる折り畳み状態のカテーテルが設けられ、前記リリーサー(2)は、前記第1開口(11)に設けられるとともに、前記メンブレンチューブ(31)の一端に接続され、人体の腸管により消化して吸収する又は溶解し得る材料で製造され、前記プッシュユニットは、順次套設されるとともに互いに相対的移動可能なインナーチューブ(41)、ミドルチューブ(42)及びアウターチューブ(43)を含み、前記インナーチューブ(41)の一部が前記ハウジング(1)内に位置し且つ前記リリーサー(2)に接続され、前記ミドルチューブ(42)の一端が前記第2開口(13)を介して前記ハウジング(1)内に伸び、且つ前記ミドルチューブ(42)の当該端には、前記ハウジング(1)内に位置して前記メンブレンチューブ(31)をプッシュするためのストップピストン(12)が固定して設けられ、前記アウターチューブ(43)は前記ハウジング(1)外に位置するとともに、その一端が前記第2開口(13)に固定して接続され、前記インナーチューブ(41)がその軸方向に沿って操作者へ移動して前記リリーサー(2)を前記ハウジング(1)から離脱させ、インナーチューブ(41)及びミドルチューブ(42)が前記メンブレンチューブ(31)を連動してハウジング内から離脱して展開させ、人体の腸管の所定位置で放出させることを特徴とする胃フローダイバーター。
