本発明の腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置は以下のように操作でき、まず、操作者は、操作者に近い方向へインナーチューブ41を引いてハウジング1の第2開口13でシェル23を押し当てるときに、シェル23の環状段差231が破断して解放体2をハウジング1から脱離させ、次に、前記インナーチューブ41を操作して前記解放体2を操作者から離れる方向(即ち患者の体内)へ移動させ、それによって膜チューブ31の一端がハウジング1から伸びて前記膜チューブ31を連動して、膜チューブ31を展開させ、このときに、さらに前記ミドルチューブ42を操作してストッパーピストン12を連動して運動させ、ストッパーピストン12がハウジング1内の膜チューブ31の他端に位置するブラケット32を押して、このように膜チューブ31全体をハウジング1から押し出す。ここで、膜チューブ31が完全に展開し、且つストッパーピストン12がブラケット32を押してハウジング1の第1開口11の位置まで移動させると(膜チューブ31は完全に解放されようとする)、ブラケット32も人体腸管において所定の解放位置(具体的には人体の胃部の胃幽門に近い十二指腸及び/又は胃幽門の上部の適切な位置)に送達されることが必要であり、このとき、操作者から離れた方向へ第2ハンドル46を押して、ブラケット32を完全に前記ハウジング1から脱出させて、ブラケット32を人体の十二指腸球部に固定する。ブラケットが所定の弾性を有するので、腸管の蠕動に応じて変形できるとともに、所定の支持力を有し、十二指腸球部に固定でき、展開状態の膜チューブ31は人体の消化道内で1−12カ月配置することができ、病状の改善又は実際の状況に応じて調整できる。
以上の実施例は本発明の実施例の例示に過ぎず、本発明を制限するものではなく、本発明の保護範囲は特許請求の範囲により限定される。当業者であれば、本発明の主旨及び保護範囲内で本発明について各種の修正又は同等置換を行うことができ、このような修正又は同等置換は本発明の保護範囲に属するとみなすべきである。
Claims (9)
- 一端に第1開口を有し、他端に第2開口を有し、内部に折り畳み状態の解放対象の膜チューブが設置されている管状のハウジングを備える腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置であって、
前記第1開口に設置されるとともに前記膜チューブの一端に接続され、人体の腸管により消化して吸収可能な材料又は水溶性材料で製造された解放体と、
順次重ねて設けられ且つ互いに相対移動可能なインナーチューブ、ミドルチューブ及びアウターチューブを含み、前記インナーチューブが部分的に前記ハウジング内に位置し前記解放体に接続され、前記ミドルチューブの一端が前記第2開口から前記ハウジング内に延び、前記ミドルチューブの一端外に前記ハウジング内に位置して前記膜チューブをプッシュするストッパーピストンが固定して重ねて設けられ、前記アウターチューブが前記ハウジング外に位置し且つその一端が前記第2開口に固定して接続されるプッシュユニットとをさらに備え、
前記解放体は、
主体部及び前記主体部から延設している膜チューブ接続部を有し、前記膜チューブ接続部が前記膜チューブの一端に固定して接続されるコアと、
前記主体部外に被覆され、前記第1開口に接続されるシェルとを含み、
前記インナーチューブ及び前記ミドルチューブを両方が軸方向に移動するように操作して、前記解放体を前記ハウジングから脱離させ、前記膜チューブを前記ハウジングから脱出させ、人体の腸管の所定位置で解放することを特徴とする腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置。 - 前記インナーチューブの一端が順次前記コアの膜チューブ接続部、主体部及び前記シェルを貫通することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置。
- 前記インナーチューブの前記コアを貫通する部分の外部にダンピングチューブが重ねて設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置。
- 前記コアの主体部及び前記シェルの前記膜チューブの解放方向へ向かっている表面がいずれも滑らかな表面であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置。
- 前記主体部の外輪郭が球状又は半球状を呈し、前記シェルの外輪郭が前記主体部の外輪郭に合わせた形状を呈しかつ前記主体部外に被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置。
- 前記主体部の外輪郭が半球状を呈し、前記膜チューブ接続部が前記主体部の平面部分に接続され、前記シェルが半球状を呈しかつ前記主体部の球面部分外に被覆され、半球状の前記シェルの端面の外縁に環状段差が形成されており、前記環状段差が前記ハウジングの第2開口に当接されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置。
- 前記コアと前記シェルが物理的に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1−6のいずれか1項に記載の腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置。
- 前記膜チューブの他端に、弾性記憶合金で編まれてなりメッシュ管状の輪郭を有するブラケットが固定して接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置。
- 前記ミドルチューブは前記アウターチューブの他端から延出する第1延出端を有し、前記第1延出端に第1ハンドルが接続され、前記第1ハンドルに外界と前記ミドルチューブの内部を連通させるルアーコネクタが設置され、前記インナーチューブは前記第1延出端から延出する第2延出端を有し、前記第2延出端に第2ハンドルが接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腸管隔離用膜チューブの解放装置。
