ファンのシャフト3と一体の衛星キャリア5であって、衛星6(そのうち3つは本明細書では互いに60°の角度で配置されている)が、長手方向軸Xに平行な軸Yを中心に回転して衛星キャリア5に連結されるように軸受7によって取り付けられ、衛星6が、太陽歯車4を噛合する歯車によって形成されている衛星キャリア5と、
衛星6と噛合し、本明細書ではターボ機械の構造に対して固定された状態に維持される外部クラウン歯車8と、を含む。

1つ以上の列の転動体を有する球面ころ軸受、

Claims (8)
- エピサイクリック歯車減速装置用のアセンブリであって、アセンブリが、衛星キャリア(5)と、衛星(6)と、回転軸(X)を中心に回転可能な衛星キャリア(5)によって支持された少なくとも1つの衛星軸受(7)と、を含み、前記衛星軸受が、中心軸(9)と、中心軸(9)に堅固に取り付けられた内輪(11)と、前記中心軸(9)を中心に回転するように取り付けられた外輪(16)と、前記内輪と外輪(11、16)との間に油の流れを供給するように配置された潤滑回路と、を含み、前記潤滑回路が、前記回転軸(X)に対して衛星軸受の半径方向内側領域(B)内で内輪(11)の外側に開口する開口部(24)を含む第1の部分(23aから23c)と、前記回転軸(X)に対して衛星軸受の半径方向外側領域(A)内で内輪(11)の外側に開口する開口部(26)を含む第2の部分(25、26)と、第1の部分(23aから23c)を第2の部分(25、26)に接続するように配置された少なくとも1つのチャネリング(27)を含む中間部分と、を含み、前記少なくとも1つのチャネリング(27)は、
エルボー(30)によって形成された少なくとも1つの特異圧力降下を含むか、または、
非平坦部と、断面の急激な狭窄部(31)および非平坦部よりも平坦化された少なくとも1つの平坦化部によって形成された少なくとも1つの特異圧力降下とを含むか、または、
迂回路を形成する経路によって形成された少なくとも1つの特異圧力降下を含み、
中心軸(9)が、衛星キャリアに連結され、前記中心軸に対して半径方向外側の第1の表面(10)を含み、前記潤滑回路が、中心軸(9)で衛星キャリア(5)から油が供給されるように配置された第1の部分(23aから23c)を含み、内輪(11)が、前記中心軸に対して半径方向内側の第2の表面(12)を含み、前記第1および第2の表面が接合され、前記少なくとも1つのチャネリング(27)は、第1の表面(10)または第2の表面(12)に適用された溝によって形成されることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 第1の表面(10)および第2の表面(12)が、円筒形であり、かつ、前記溝を除いては平らである請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのチャネリング(27)の横断面の平坦化部が、第1の表面(10)または第2の表面(12)に、曲率半径が前記第1の表面(10)または第2の表面(12)上の溝の縁部を隔てる距離の半分よりも大きい円の弧に実質的に相当する横断面の溝(27)を適用することによって得られる請求項1または2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 潤滑回路の第1および第2の部分のうち少なくとも1つが、溝によって形成された少なくとも1つのチャネリングを含み、溝は、対応する第1の表面(10)または第2の表面(12)に設けられており、且つ、内輪(11)を貫通するダクトと連通する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 潤滑回路の第1の部分が、前記中心軸(9)に形成され、その長手方向の第1の端部に潤滑剤が供給されるように配置された実質的に長手方向のダクト(21)と、第1の表面(10)または第2の表面(12)に適用され、中心軸(9)の少なくとも1つの出口開口部(22aから22c)によって前記ダクトと連通する溝によって形成された少なくとも1つのチャネリングとを含む請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 潤滑回路の第1の部分(23aから23c)が、第1の表面(10)または第2の表面(12)に、少なくとも2つの溝(23aから23c)を備え、それぞれの溝は、内輪(11)を貫通する開口部(24)と、回転軸(X)に対して実質的に垂直な平面内において、連通している、請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 潤滑回路の中間部分の前記少なくとも1つのチャネリング(27)が、潤滑回路の第1の部分の前記少なくとも2つの溝(23aから23c)のうち少なくとも1つに接続される請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 潤滑回路の中間部分が、中心軸(9)の長手方向ダクト(21)の前記第1の長手方向端部から最も離れた潤滑回路の第1の部分の前記少なくとも2つの溝(23aから23c)のうちの1つの溝(23c)に接続された単一のチャネリング(27)を含む請求項7に記載のアセンブリ。
