Claims (6)
- Pを0.16〜0.50重量%の割合で含有すると共に、酸素含有量が30重量ppm以下であり、残部がCuと合計量で0.05重量%以下の不可避的不純物であるCu材質からなることを特徴とする蟻の巣状腐食に対する高耐食性銅管。
- 前記酸素含有量が、20重量ppm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高耐食性銅管。
- 湿潤環境下に配置されて、低級カルボン酸からなる腐食媒により、管表面から管肉厚方向に蟻の巣状に進行する腐食作用にさらされる銅管であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の高耐食性銅管。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載の高耐食性銅管からなることを特徴とする空調機器又は冷凍機器における伝熱管。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3の何れか1項に記載の高耐食性銅管からなることを特徴とする空調機器又は冷凍機器における冷媒配管。
- 空調機器や冷凍機器に用いられて、湿潤環境下に配置される銅管において、その表面から惹起される、低級カルボン酸を腐食媒として湿潤環境中で発生する蟻の巣状腐食に対する耐食性を向上せしめる方法にして、かかる銅管を、P含有量が0.16〜0.50重量%であると共に、酸素含有量が30重量ppm以下であり、残部がCuと合計量で0.05重量%以下の不可避的不純物からなる材質にて構成することを特徴とする耐食性向上方法。
