Claims (18)
- 有機発光ダイオードディスプレーを備える携行型時計用表盤であって、
前記ディスプレーは、
アノードと、
前記アノードと接触する構造化有色樹脂層と、
少なくとも1つの有機層が発光層であり前記アノード及び前記構造化有色樹脂層と接触する有機積層体と、及び
前記有機積層体と接触するカソードと
を備えることを特徴とする携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記構造化有色樹脂層は、電気的絶縁層で被覆される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記構造化有色樹脂層には、前記有機積層体が前記アノードと直接接触する間隙がある
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記構造化有色樹脂層における間隙によって前記アノードと前記カソードの間に導電チャネルが形成される
ことを特徴とする請求項3項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記カソードは反射性である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記カソードはアルミニウムによって作られている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記カソードの厚みは、50nm〜100nmの範囲内である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記アノードはインジウムスズ酸化物によって作られている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記アノードの厚みは、100nm〜200nmの範囲内である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記有機積層体の厚みは、100nm〜200nmの範囲内である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記アノード及び/又は前記カソードは、構造化されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記アノードと接触する前記構造化有色樹脂層の厚みは、500nm〜1μmの範囲内である
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記電気的絶縁層の厚みは、500nm〜1μmの範囲内である
ことを特徴とする請求項2または請求項2を引用する場合の請求項3〜12のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 前記ディスプレーを担持する基材の表面に装飾Dがあり、
前記表面は、ユーザーに見える側に配置される
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤。 - 請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の携行型時計用表盤を備える
ことを特徴とする携行型時計。 - 有機発光ダイオードディスプレーを備える携行型時計用表盤を製造する方法であって、
アノード上に構造化有色樹脂層を堆積させるステップと、
少なくとも1つの有機層が発光層である有機積層体を前記アノード及び前記構造化有色樹脂層上に堆積させるステップと、及び
前記有機積層体上にカソードを堆積させるステップと
を含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記構造化有色樹脂層は、フォトリソグラフィー、インクジェット印刷、シルクスクリーン印刷、フレキソグラフィー及び/又はヘリオグラフィーによって堆積される
ことを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。 - 前記有機積層体を堆積させる前に、前記構造化有色樹脂層上に電気的絶縁層を堆積させる
ことを特徴とする請求項16又は17に記載の方法。
