Description
図3は、筐体101と、筐体内に少なくとも部分的に配置されたバスバー104とを含む誘導性部品100の上面図を概略的に示す。図3に示されるように、バスバーは筐体内に延びることができ、好適に形成されたコンタクト領域(図示せず)を有するコンタクト端部108および110が筐体101から外部に突き出てバスバー104の接続コンタクトを形成し得る。本発明はこれに限定されるものではなく、バスバー104は代替的に筐体101に完全に収容されてもよい(図示せず)。
Claims (6)
- バスバー(4a,4b,104)と、前記バスバー(4a;4b;104)の一部に沿って形成され、前記一部において少なくとも部分的に前記バスバー(4a;4b;104)を取囲む少なくとも1つの第1の磁気コア(6a;6b;106a)とを有する誘導性部品(1a,1b,100)であって、前記少なくとも1つの第1の磁気コア(6a;6b;106a)はプラスチック結合磁気コアまたは磁性セメントからなるコアとして形成され、
プラスチック結合磁気コアまたは磁性セメントのコアとして形成され、少なくとも部分的に前記バスバー(4b;104)を取囲む少なくとも1つの第2の磁気コア(5b;106b)を備え、少なくとも2つの前記磁気コア(5b,6b;106a,106b)は前記バスバー(4b;104)に沿って直列に配置され、コンデンサ(113b)に電気的に接続されるバスバー部分が2つの磁気コア同士の間に形成され、
前記バスバー(104)が少なくとも部分的に収容される筐体(101)をさらに備え、少なくとも2つの前記磁気コア(106a,106b)は前記筐体(101)内の別個の筐体部分(A2,A4)に形成される、誘導性部品。 - 前記バスバー(4a;4b;104)の露出端部が接続コンタクトとして形成され、前記磁気コア(6a;6b;106a)と端子との間に少なくとも部分的に露出した少なくとも1つのバスバー部分がコンデンサに電気的に接続されるようにさらに形成される、請求項1に記載の誘導性部品(1a,1b,100)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(6a,6b;106)は、プラスチックフェライト材料からなる、または磁気伝導性粒子が埋込まれたプラスチック材料からなるプラスチック結合磁気コアとして形成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載の誘導性部品(1a,1b,100)。
- 少なくとも1つのコンデンサ(113b)と、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の前記誘導性部品(100)とを備える大電流フィルタであって、前記少なくとも1つのコンデンサは前記バスバー(104)に電気的に接続される、大電流フィルタ。
- 誘導性部品(1a,1b,100)を製造する方法であって、
バスバー(4a;4b;104)を提供することと、
前記バスバー(4a;4b;104)の一部に沿って形成され、前記一部において少なくとも部分的に前記バスバー(4a;4b;104)を取囲む少なくとも1つの磁気コア(6a;6b;106a)を形成することとを備え、前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(6a;6b;106a)はプラスチック結合磁気コアまたは磁性セメントからなるコアとして形成され、
前記誘導性部品(1a,1b,100)はまた保持要素(12a,14a)を備えており、前記保持要素(12a,14a)は、前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(6a;6b;106a)でそれぞれ覆われていない前記バスバー(4a;4b;104)の部分に設けられ、前記バスバー(104)は少なくとも部分的に筐体(101)内に配置され、前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(106a)を形成することは、プラスチックフェライト材料、または磁気伝導性粒子が埋込まれたプラスチック材料、または磁気伝導性粒子が埋込まれたセメントで、前記バスバー(104)を少なくとも部分的に前記筐体内にポッティングすることを備える、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの磁気コア(6a;6b;106a)を形成することは、プラスチックフェライト材料または磁気伝導性粒子が埋込まれたプラスチック材料で前記バスバー(4a;4b;104)をインサート成形することを備え、プラスチック結合磁気コアが形成される、請求項5に記載の方法。
