Description
フッ素ガス処理は、例えば、不活性ガスで希釈したフッ素ガスに、気密空間の中で不織布をさらすことにより不織布の繊維表面を親水化することができる。また、金属酸化物としては例えば、チタン酸化物、ジルコニウム酸化物、イットリウム酸化物、ハフニウム酸化物、酸化カルシウム、酸化マグネシウム、酸化スカンジウムなどが挙げられる。ジルコニア(ZrO2)もしくは酸化イットリウム(Y2O3)が好ましい。金属酸化物は親水性を有しており、かつ、水素により劣化しにくいから長期にわたって親水性を保持し、電解液のドライアウトを抑制することが可能である。

Claims (9)
- 発電所と需要家の間に配置され水素が封入され負極活物質が水素であり充電終了時の電圧と放電開始時の電圧が等しい蓄電池が、前記発電所からの電力で充電可能となっていて、前記需要家には前記蓄電池に貯えられた電力が供給可能となっている電力取引システムであって、前記蓄電池の下流側に接続された電力量計の出力に基づき前記需要家ごとに電力量料金を計算する計算機を備えた電力取引システム。
- 前記需要家ごとに設定された最大需要電力に基づく基本料金が、前記電力量料金に加算されて電気料金を計算する計算機を備えた請求項1に記載の電力取引システム。
- 前記蓄電池の下流側で前記需要家の上流側に設けた電力計の出力の最大値により前記基本料金を計算する計算機を備えた請求項2に記載の電力取引システム。
- 前記蓄電池の出力に接続されたインバータを介して前記需要家に交流電力を供給する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電力取引システム。
- 前記蓄電池は、負極と、正極と、前記負極と前記正極の間に介在するセパレータとを備えた電極体が、筒状の外装体の軸方向に積層して前記外装体の内部に収納されていて、更に前記電極体の中央を貫通する集電棒が前記外装体の内部に収納されていて、
前記負極の穴の周縁部は前記集電棒と接触しており、前記正極の外縁は前記外装体の内面と接触している請求項1または2に記載の電力取引システム。 - 請求項1および2に記載の電力取引システムに用いる蓄電池。
- 正極が酸化金属を有している請求項6に記載の蓄電池。
- 負極と前記正極の間に介在するセパレータが、ポリオレフィン系不織布を親水処理したものである請求項6または7のいずれか一項に記載の蓄電池。
- 前記蓄電池が前記需要家の構内に設置されている請求項1に記載の電力取引システム。
