Claims (5)
- 天井スラブ(A)のアンカーボルトに垂直に上部連結ロッド(10)が結合され、天井パネル(B)は下部連結ロッド(20)と結合され、前記上、下部連結ロッド(10,20)は緩衝ユニット(100)で互いに連結される天井型耐震衝撃緩衝ユニットであって、
前記緩衝ユニット(100)は、
上、下部ハウジング(110a,110b)が互いに対応接続されて内部空間を形成するハウジング本体(110)と、
前記ハウジング本体(110)の上面中央に形成された結合孔(120)に固定され、先端は上部連結ロッド(10)に連結される第1結合ボルト(140)と、
前記ハウジング本体(110)の底面中央に形成されたスライディング案内孔(130)を貫通して、スライディング案内孔(130)の内側に設置されるスライディング接触子(170)に固定され、先端は下部連結ロッド(20)に連結される第2結合ボルト(150)と、
前記ハウジング本体(110)の内部に位置した第1及び第2結合ボルト(140,150)の第1及び第2固定ワシャー部(142,152)に上、下端部が結合して弾性支持され、前記第2結合ボルト(150)がハウジング本体(110)の中心垂直線上に置かれるようにする復元バネ(180)と、を含むことを特徴とする天井型耐震衝撃緩衝ユニット。 - 前記ハウジング本体(110)は、中空形状に設けられ、上下水平面が互いに対応する位置に置かれる上、下部ハウジング(110a,110b)を備え、前記上、下部ハウジング(110a,110b)が互いに異なる直径で重なるように嵌め結合されて内部に空間部を有し、前記上、下部ハウジング(110a,110b)の重なり合う部分に固定ピン(112)が嵌め固定されてなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の天井型耐震衝撃緩衝ユニット。
- 前記ハウジング本体(110)の上面中央に結合孔(120)が形成され、該結合孔(120)に第1結合ボルト(140)が上方突出するように固定され、該第1結合ボルト(140)に上部連結ロッド(10)が連結されて天井スラブ(A)のアンカーボルトと垂直に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の天井型耐震衝撃緩衝ユニット。
- 前記ハウジング本体(110)の底面中央に該底面外周と同心円のスライディング案内孔(130)が形成され、前記スライディング案内孔(130)の周りに沿って上方に折り曲がった環状支持突部(132)が形成されて、スライディングベアリング(160)を嵌め結合可能になっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の天井型耐震衝撃緩衝ユニット。
- 前記環状支持突部(132)の外周面に結合され、ボールが上下突出しているスライディングベアリング(160)と、前記スライディングベアリング(160)のボール上面に接触して横方向にスライディングされ、環状支え突部(172)が設けられたスライディング接触子(170)と、前記スライディング接触子(170)の中央に結合され、スライディング案内孔(130)を貫通して下方突出する第2結合ボルト(150)とが設けられ、下部連結ロッド(20)と連結されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の天井型耐震衝撃緩衝ユニット。
