Description
Claims (16)
- ケーシングと、該ケーシング内に配置されたソレノイドと、該ソレノイドによって可動のピンと、該ピンに結合されたピストンと、シールと、を備えた弁であって、
前記ピストン(8)は金属製であると共に、該ピストン(8)とは異なる材料から成るシール(14)を有しており、該シール(14)は前記ピストン(8)の底部領域に配置されており、前記ピストン(8)の金属は、0.3mm〜0.8mmの厚さを有しており、前記シール(14)は、環状に形成されておりかつそのシール面(15)とは反対の側に少なくとも3つの一体成形部(22)を有しており、これらの一体成形部(22)は、前記ピストン(8)の底部(12)に配置された切欠き(23)を貫通している、ことを特徴とする、弁。 - 前記ピストン(8)は、特殊鋼製である、請求項1記載の弁。
- 前記ピストン(8)は、クロムニッケル鋼製である、請求項2記載の弁。
- 前記シール(14)は、ゴム製またはプラスチック製である、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記シール(14)は、EPDM製またはPPA製である、請求項4記載の弁。
- 前記シール(14)は、4〜12の一体成形部(22)を有している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記シール(14)は、5〜8の一体成形部(22)を有している、請求項6記載の弁。
- 前記一体成形部(22)は、その自由端部に、前記シール(14)の製造に伴ってまたは後から行われる熱かしめによって形成される材料集積部(29)を有しており、該材料集積部(29)は、前記ピストン(8)の各前記切欠き(23)に対してアンダカットを形成している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記ピストン(8)は、前記底部(12)の領域に内向きの縁曲げ部(26)を有しており、該縁曲げ部(26)に前記シール(14)が当接しており、該シール(14)の、前記縁曲げ部(26)とは反対の側に、前記ピストン(8)の前記底部を形成する金属部材(12)が当接しており、該金属部材(12)は前記ピストン(8)に結合されている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記ピストン(8)の外側に位置するシール部分(21)が、0.5mm〜10mmの厚さを有している、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記ピストン(8)の外側に位置するシール部分(21)が、1mm〜5mmの厚さを有している、請求項10記載の弁。
- 前記ピストン(8)は、前記金属部材(12)に溶接されている、請求項9記載の弁。
- 前記ピストン(8)は、前記ピン(7)に溶接されている、請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記ピストン(8)は、前記ピン(7)にリベット締結されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記ピストン(8)の金属は、0.4mm〜0.6mmの厚さを有している、請求項1から14までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 前記ピストン(8)の金属は、0.5mmの厚さを有している、請求項15記載の弁。
