Claims (3)
- ヨークの第1面から第2面に向かう溝にモールド剤、コイルおよびスペーサを順に入れる工程と、
前記ヨークの第1面を前記スペーサとともに研磨する工程と、を備えるコイル一体型ヨークの製造方法。 - 前記ヨークの第1面と、前記溝の側面とのなす角度が90度となるよう、前記ヨークの第1面を前記スペーサとともに研磨する、請求項1に記載のコイル一体型ヨークの製造方法。
- 前記スペーサを前記溝に入れる工程では、前記スペーサの一部のみが前記溝内に入るようにし、
その後、前記スペーサと前記ヨークの第1面とが面一になるようにした状態で、前記ヨークの第1面を前記スペーサとともに研磨する、請求項1または2に記載のコイル一体型ヨークの製造方法。
