Description
(A)合成基油と、
(B)以下のモノマー:
(a)(メタ)アクリル酸およびヒドロキシル化された水素化ポリブタジエンのエステル、ならびに
(b)櫛形ポリマーの全質量に対して0.2質量%〜15質量%のスチレン
を含む櫛形ポリマーと、
を含む潤滑剤組成物であって、該潤滑剤組成物は、8以下のR係数を特徴とし、その際、該R係数は、−20℃での動粘度の+20℃での動粘度に対する比率である、潤滑剤組成物に関する。
(A)20質量%〜90質量%、好ましくは30質量%〜80質量%、最も好ましくは35質量%〜80質量%の合成基油と、
(B)10質量%〜80質量%、好ましくは20質量%〜70質量%、最も好ましくは20質量%〜65質量%の櫛形ポリマーと、

ヒドロキシル化された水素化ポリブタジエンの合成
製造されるマクロアルコールは、4750g/molの平均モル質量Mnを有するヒドロキシプロピル末端の水素化ポリブタジエンであった。
サーベル型撹拌機、吸気管、コントローラー付きの熱電対、加熱マントル、3mmのワイヤスパイラルの不規則充填物を有するカラム、蒸気仕切り、上部温度計、還流冷却器、および基部冷却器を装備した容量2Lの撹拌容器中で、1000gの上記マクロアルコールを、450gのメチルメタクリレート(MMA)中に60℃で撹拌することにより溶解させる。その溶液に20ppmの2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン−1−オキシルラジカル、および200ppmのヒドロキノンモノメチルエーテルを添加する。安定化のために空気を通過させながらMMAが還流するまで加熱した後に(底部温度は約110℃)、約20gのMMAを共沸乾燥のために留去した。95℃に冷却した後に、0.30gのLiOCH3を添加し、その混合物を還流加熱させる。約1時間の反応時間後に、頂部温度は、メタノール形成のため約64℃に下がった。形成されたメタノール/MMA共沸混合物を、約100℃の一定の頂部温度が再び確立されるまで絶え間なく留去する。この温度で、該混合物をさらに1時間にわたり反応させる。さらなる後処理のために、バルクのMMAを減圧下で取り除く。不溶性の触媒残留物を、圧力濾過(Seitz T100デプスフィルター)により除去する。さらに以下に記載されるコポリマー合成中に「連行」されるNB 3020の含量は相応して考慮された。
本発明による櫛形ポリマーを、以下のラジカル重合法に従って製造した。
Claims (16)
- (A)合成基油20質量%〜90質量%と、
(B)櫛形ポリマー10質量%〜80質量%と、
を含む潤滑剤組成物であって、前記櫛形ポリマーは、該櫛形ポリマーの全質量に対して、以下のモノマー:
(a)(メタ)アクリル酸およびヒドロキシル化された水素化ポリブタジエンのエステル20質量%〜35質量%と、
(b)スチレン0.2質量%〜15質量%と、
(c)アルキル鎖中に12個〜15個の炭素原子を有するアルキルメタクリレート0.2質量%〜20質量%と、
(d)アルキル鎖中に1個〜4個の炭素原子を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレート50質量%〜70質量%と、
を含む、潤滑剤組成物。 - 前記潤滑剤組成物は、8以下の−20℃での潤滑剤組成物の動粘度(KV-20)の+20℃での動粘度(KV+20)に対する比率(KV-20/KV+20)を特徴とし、その際、前記動粘度はASTM D445に従って測定されるものである、請求項1記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記合成基油(A)は、1mm2/s〜20mm2/sのASTM D445による100℃での動粘度を有するポリα−オレフィンである、請求項1または2記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記合成基油(A)は、1mm2/s〜10mm2/sのASTM D445による100℃での動粘度を有するポリα−オレフィンである、請求項1または2記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記合成基油(A)は、1mm2/s〜5mm2/sのASTM D445による100℃での動粘度を有するポリα−オレフィンである、請求項1または2記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記合成基油(A)は、2mm2/s〜3mm2/sのASTM D445による100℃での動粘度を有するポリα−オレフィンである、請求項1または2記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記潤滑剤組成物は、該潤滑剤組成物の全質量に対して30質量%〜80質量%の合成基油(A)、および20質量%〜70質量%の櫛形ポリマー(B)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記成分(a)のヒドロキシル化された水素化ポリブタジエンは、4000g/mol〜5000g/molのDIN 55672−1による数平均分子量Mnを有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の潤滑剤組成物。
- 前記櫛形ポリマー(B)は、該櫛形ポリマーの全質量に対して、
(a)(メタ)アクリル酸およびヒドロキシル化された水素化ポリブタジエンのエステル25質量%〜30質量%と、
(b)スチレン0.2質量%〜15質量%と、
(c)アルキル鎖中に12個〜14個の炭素原子を有するアルキルメタクリレート0.2質量%〜15質量%と、

- 前記基油は、1mm2/s〜5mm2/sのASTM D445による100℃での動粘度を有するポリα−オレフィン基油である、請求項10記載の使用。
- 前記基油は、2mm2/s〜3mm2/sのASTM D445による100℃での動粘度を有するポリα−オレフィン基油である、請求項10記載の使用。
- 前記潤滑剤組成物は、1〜8のR係数を有することを特徴とする、請求項10から14までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
- 前記櫛形ポリマー(B)は、該櫛形ポリマーの全質量に対して、
(a)(メタ)アクリル酸およびヒドロキシル化された水素化ポリブタジエンのエステル25質量%〜30質量%と、
(b)スチレン0.2質量%〜15質量%と、
(c)アルキル鎖中に12個〜14個の炭素原子を有するアルキルメタクリレート0.2質量%〜15質量%と、
(d)ブチルメタクリレート50質量%〜65質量%と、
(e)メチルメタクリレート0.1質量%〜0.2質量%と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項10から15までのいずれか1項記載の使用。
