Claims (5)
- コアと、前記コアに対してロール状に巻かれ、基材と前記基材の片面に設けられた粘着層とを有するテープ部と、を備えた粘着テープであって、
前記テープ部は、ロール状に巻かれて最外周側となる端末から所定長さまでの領域である端末部の粘着層が、凹凸を有するエンボス構造となっており、前記所定長さを超える領域である非端末部の粘着層が、凹凸を有しない非エンボス構造となっている
ことを特徴とする粘着テープ。 - 前記基材は、前記端末部が凹凸を有するエンボス構造となっており、前記非端末部が凹凸を有しない非エンボス構造となっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の粘着テープ。 - 前記端末部の粘着層は、その面積に占める凸部の面積が10%以下となっている
ことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の粘着テープ。 - 電線と、
前記電線の周囲に巻き回される請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の粘着テープの前記テープ部と、
を備えることを特徴とするワイヤーハーネス。 - コアと、前記コアに対してロール状に巻かれ、基材と前記基材の片面に設けられた粘着層とを有するテープ部とを備えた粘着テープの端末処理方法であって、
前記コアに前記テープ部を巻き取る巻取工程と、
前記巻取工程により前記コアに所定長巻き取られた前記テープ部に対して、カッターを動作させて前記テープ部を切断する切断工程と、
前記切断工程における前記カッターの動作に連動させて、凹凸を有した金型を動作させることにより、前記テープ部のうち前記カッターによる切断部から所定長さまでの領域である端末部を、凹凸を有するエンボス構造に処理する端末処理工程と、
を有することを特徴とする粘着テープの端末処理方法。
