Description
これにより、スプリング110が頭部114Cと調整子54との間に保持されている。中心軸線1a方向における調整子54の固定位置を調整することでスプリング110が針弁114Aを弁座シート部39に押付ける初期荷重を調整することができる。
(比較例)
次に、図4から図7を用いて、本発明との比較例における燃料噴射弁の課題を説明する。
なお、アダプタ640は図5Aの第1部品Aに相当し、固定コア607は図5Aの第2部品Bに相当する。固定コア607とアダプタ640との圧入時に潤滑剤は図面下方向に押し下げられ、隙間502に溜まる。溶接時に溶融金属は503A、503B、503C、503Dのような形状となるため、隙間502に溜まった潤滑剤を直接加熱する。加熱された潤滑剤は気体となってブローホールが発生する。
例えば、上述した実施例は本発明を分かりやすく説明するために詳細に説明したものであり、必ずしも説明した全ての構成を備えるものに限定されるものではない。また、実施例の構成の一部を削除したり他の構成に置き換えたりすることが可能であり、また、実施例の構成に他の構成を加えることも可能である。
Claims (10)
- 第1部品と、前記第1部品と圧入部により固定される第2部品と、前記第1部品と前記第2部品とを接続する溶接部と、を備えた流量制御装置の部品において、
前記第1部品と前記第2部品との相互の対向面間に形成される第1隙間及び第2隙間を備え、
前記第1隙間は、前記圧入部と前記溶接部との間において前記第2隙間に対して前記圧入部の側に設けられると共に、圧入方向と交差する方向に形成され、
前記第2隙間は、前記圧入部と前記溶接部との間において前記第1隙間に対して前記溶接部の側に設けられると共に、前記第1隙間と交差する方向に形成される流量制御装置の部品。 - 請求項1に記載された流量制御装置の部品において、
前記溶接部は突合せ継手構造を有する突合せ溶接部であり、
前記第1隙間は前記圧入部と繋がり、前記第2隙間は前記突合せ溶接部と繋がる流量制御装置の部品。 - 請求項2に記載された流量制御装置の部品において、
前記第1部品は、内周側に大径内周面と小径内周面とを有する第1部品側段付き部を備え、
前記第2部品は、外周側に大径外周面と中径外周面と小径外周面とを有する第2部品側段付き部を備え、
前記圧入部は、前記第1部品の前記小径内周面と前記第2部品の小径外周面との間に構成され、
前記突合せ溶接部は、前記第1部品の外周面と前記大径内周面との間に形成される第1部品端面と、前記第2部品の大径外周面と中径外周面との間に形成される第2部品第1段差面と、の間に構成される流量制御装置の部品。 - 請求項3に記載された流量制御装置の部品において、
前記第1隙間は、前記第1部品の前記大径内周面と前記小径内周面との間に形成される第1部品段差面と、前記第2部品の前記中径外周面と前記小径外周面との間に形成される第2部品第2段差面と、の間に構成され、
前記第2隙間は、前記第1部品の前記大径内周面と前記第2部品の前記中径外周面との間に構成される流量制御装置の部品。 - 請求項1に記載の流量制御装置の部品において、
前記第1隙間の圧入方向の最小間隔は、前記第2隙間の圧入方向と交差する方向の最小間隔に比べて大きくなるように構成された流量制御装置の部品。 - 請求項1に記載の流量制御装置の部品において、
前記第1隙間の体積は、前記第2隙間の体積に比べて大きくなるように構成された流量制御装置の部品。 - 請求項2に記載の流量制御装置の部品において、
前記突合せ溶接部の溶接深さ方向最深部は前記第2隙間に対して溶接深さが深くなる側に位置するように構成された流量制御装置の部品。 - 請求項1に記載の流量制御装置の部品において、
前記第1隙間は、圧入方向と交差する方向の長さが、前記第1部品と前記第2部品との相互の対向面間に形成される間隔よりも長い、細長い形状となるように構成された流量制御装置の部品。 - 請求項1に記載の流量制御装置の部品において、
前記第2隙間は、圧入方向の長さが、前記第1部品と前記第2部品との相互の対向面間に形成される間隔よりも長い、細長い形状となるように構成された流量制御装置の部品。 - 固定コアと、
前記固定コアの磁気吸引力により駆動される可動コア及び弁体と、
前記弁体が弁座から離れることにより燃料を噴射する燃料噴射孔と、
前記固定コアに接続されて燃料供給口を構成するアダプタと、を備え、
前記固定コア及び前記アダプタを請求項1に記載の流量制御装置の部品で構成し、前記固定コアを前記第2部品として、また前記アダプタを前記第1部品として備える燃料噴射弁。
