Claims (7)
- 前記タンパク質の前記ポリアルコキシ脂肪族化合物に対する重量比は、0.9:1〜6:1である、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の重量に基づいて60重量%以上の水をさらに含み、前記タンパク質及び前記ポリアルコキシ脂肪族化合物は、前記水に溶解される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記粒子の体積平均直径は、20nm以下である、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物は、1つ以上の追加の成分をさらに含み、すべての追加の成分の総量は、300mg/mL以下である、請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記タンパク質は、モノクローナル抗体、成長因子、インスリン、免疫グロブリン、ポリクローナル抗体、ホルモン、酵素、ポリペプチド、ペプチドの融合物、グリコシル化タンパク質、抗原、抗原サブユニット、及びそれらの組み合わせから選択される、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- −R1は10〜16個の炭素原子を有する直鎖非置換アルキル基であり、
−R2は、水素、メチル、及び−CH2−(C6H5)からなる群から選択され、−(C6H5)は、ベンゼン環であり、
−R3は、800〜3000の数平均分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の組成物。
