Claims (6)
- プラズマトーチ(9)を駆動するためのDC電力供給装置であって、
- 電位U0を提供するAC/DC整流器(1)と、
- スイッチング周波数fsを有するDC/DCスイッチングコンバータと、
- 待ち時間τを有する電流制御ループと、
を具備し、
前記AC/DC整流器(1)は、前記DC/DCスイッチングコンバータに電気的に結合され、
前記DC/DCスイッチングコンバータは、チョッパ(2)、安定インダクタ(3)、及びダイオード(4)を具備するスイッチドモードバックコンバータであり、
前記安定インダクタ(3)は、前記プラズマトーチ(9)に電気的に結合され、
センサ(5)は、瞬間的なトーチ電流を測定するように構成され、
電流調節器(7)は、前記瞬間的なトーチ電流と設定点値(6)との比較に基づいて、前記チョッパ(2)により提供されるパルス幅を変調し、
前記DC/DCスイッチングコンバータは、インダクタンスLを有する前記安定インダクタ(3)を備えることにより、前記プラズマトーチ(9)の電極上の電気アーク基部の遊走を強化し、
前記インダクタンスLが、
- U0>3000Vであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のDC電力供給装置。
- 前記プラズマトーチに配送される電力が、1から10MWの間であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか一項に記載のDC電力供給装置。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のDC電力供給装置と、プラズマトーチ(9)と、を具備し、前記DC電力供給装置は、前記プラズマトーチ(9)と電気的に結合されているアセンブリ。
- 前記プラズマトーチが、中空電極を有する非移行型セグメント化プラズマトーチであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のDC電力供給装置を使用してプラズマトーチ(9)を動作させる方法であって、前記プラズマトーチ(9)が、500A RMSを超える電流を供給され、前記電流が、DC成分およびAC成分を含み、前記AC成分が、50Aから前記DC成分の20%の間のピーク間振幅を有することを特徴とする、方法。
