Claims (9)
- 複数の二次電池セルと、
前記複数の二次電池セルを積層した状態で、二次電池セル同士の間に介在させる絶縁性のセパレータと、
前記二次電池セルとセパレータとを交互に積層した電池積層体の、積層方向の両端面に配置されるエンドプレートと、
前記エンドプレート同士を締結する一対の電池締結部材とを備える電源装置であって、さらに、
前記電池積層体の中間部分に介在される中間ブラケットと、
前記電池積層体と前記電池締結部材の間に配置される絶縁板とを備え、
前記電池締結部材が、長手方向の中間において前記中間ブラケットと固定するための複数の締結部材側固定部を有し、
前記中間ブラケットは、前記複数の締結部材側固定部と固定される複数のブラケット側固定部を有しており、
前記複数のブラケット側固定部は、それぞれ、中間ブラケットの側面から前記電池締結部材に向けて突出し、かつ、対応する締結部材側固定部を螺合するための開口を有しており、
前記中間ブラケットと前記電池締結部材とを螺合により固定する固定軸の方向が、前記電池締結部材の主面に対して略垂直に構成されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電池締結部材が、
平板状の締結主面と、
前記締結主面の長手方向に沿った一方の端縁を、少なくとも部分的に折曲した第一折曲片と、
前記締結主面の長手方向に沿った他方の端縁を、少なくとも部分的に折曲した第二折曲片と、
前記締結主面の長手方向と交差する端縁をそれぞれ、少なくとも部分的に折曲した第三折曲片及び第四折曲片とを有する電源装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電池締結部材の前記第二折曲片が、その長手方向の端縁を、前記締結主面の端縁から突出させた突出片を有し、
前記突出片が、前記エンドプレートと螺合するための突出片側ねじ孔を開口すると共に、
前記第三折曲片が、第三ねじ穴を開口しており、
前記突出片が、前記第二折曲片と重なるように折曲され、かつ前記突出片側ねじ穴と第三ねじ穴とが芯合されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置であって、
前記中間ブラケットが樹脂製である電源装置。 - 請求項4に記載の電源装置であって、
前記中間ブラケットが、前記ブラケット側固定部を、電池締結部材と螺合されるための金属製の螺合部とし、前記螺合部を、インサート成型により該中間ブラケットに一体に組み込んでなる電源装置。 - 請求項5に記載の電源装置であって、
前記螺合部が、前記中間ブラケットの側面にそれぞれ、同一直線上に設けられると共に、螺合部同士が該同一直線上で離間して設けられてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置であって、
前記電池締結部材が、長手方向の中間であって、前記締結部材側固定部と交差する部位において、前記中間ブラケットと固定するための締結部材側第二固定部を有し、
前記中間ブラケットが、前記ブラケット側固定部と交差する部位において、前記締結部材側第二固定部と固定されるブラケット側第二固定部を設けてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置であって、
前記中間ブラケットが、前記電池積層体の中央の位置に配置されてなる電源装置。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の電源装置を備える車両。
