ジャケット付きコア(310)を鋳型(300)に対して配置するステップ(702)であって、ジャケット付きコア(310)が、第1の材料(322)から形成された中空構造(320)と、中空構造(320)内に配置された内側コア(324)と、内側コア(324)の少なくとも第1の端部(311)から内側コア(324)の少なくとも一部を通って延在するコア流路(360)と、中空構造(320)内に配置されかつ内側コア(324)内に実質的に収容される複数のスペーサ(350)であって、複数のスペーサ(350)の各々が、中空構造(320)の内側表面(323)からそれぞれのオフセット距離(356)で配置されていてコア流路(360)が複数のスペーサ(350)の各々を通って延在する、複数のスペーサ(350)とを含んでいる、ステップ(702)と、
