Description
本発明の第1の実施の形態の機械部品は、C:2.5〜5.0質量%と、Cr:26〜35質量%と、Mo:14〜20質量%と、不可避不純物とを含み、残部がCoから成るCo基合金粉末を材料とし、積層造形法を利用して形成されている。本発明の第1の実施の形態の機械部品は、積層造形体であり、10μm以下の炭化物が均一に分散されたCo基合金から成っている。
Claims (6)
- C:2.5〜5.0質量%と、Cr:26〜35質量%と、Mo:14〜20質量%と、不可避不純物とを含み、残部がCoから成るCo基合金粉末を材料とし、積層造形法を利用して形成された、10μm以下の炭化物が網目状に繋がって均一に分散されたCo基合金から成ることを特徴とする機械部品。
- C:2.5〜5.0質量%と、Cr:26〜35質量%と、W:20〜26質量%と、不可避不純物とを含み、残部がCoから成るCo基合金粉末を材料とし、積層造形法を利用して形成された、10μm以下の炭化物が均一に分散されたCo基合金から成ることを特徴とする機械部品。
- C:2.5〜5.0質量%と、Cr:26〜35質量%と、Mo:10〜15質量%と、W:5〜7質量%と、不可避不純物とを含み、残部がCoから成るCo基合金粉末を材料とし、積層造形法を利用して形成された、10μm以下の炭化物が均一に分散されたCo基合金から成ることを特徴とする機械部品。
- 前記Co基合金は、前記炭化物が立体的に繋がっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の機械部品。
- 前記Co基合金は、前記炭化物が立体的に網目状に繋がっていることを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の機械部品。
- 刃物から成ることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の機械部品。
