Description
(1)前記一対の傾斜壁部の双方に同時に面接触可能な一対の前記外力吸収テーパ部を備える。
実施形態を、図1から図9によって説明する。本実施形態の組合せ端子1は、図1に示すように、それぞれ略板形状に形成された第一端子10と第二端子110によって構成され、中央に上下に貫通するボルト挿通孔2を備えている。第一端子10は、電線が接続されて車両に接地されるアース端子であって、電線に接続される電線接続部70と、外部機器に取り付けられる廻り止め部60とを備えている。第一端子10は、他の第一端子10を裏返して組み合わせることで、車両内の機器同士を接続する接続端子として使用可能となっている。第二端子110は、第一端子10を単体で使用する際に、端子金具の上面側を平面化するために第一端子10に組み合わされるダミー端子である。このため、第二端子110は、電線接続部70および廻り止め部60を備えない構成とされている。以下の説明においては、組合せ端子1において板厚方向を上下方向とし、図1における上方を上方として説明する。
なお、外力吸収テーパ部133と各第二平板部120との間には、図7に示すように、前後に延びる差込スリット150Aが形成されている。一方の差込スリット150Aの外側縁から他方の差込スリット150Aの外側縁の間の寸法L1は、ボルト挿通孔2の口径L2より大きい寸法設定とされている。
本明細書に開示された技術は上記記述及び図面によって説明した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、例えば次のような形態で実施することが可能である。

Claims (5)
- 第一端子と第二端子とを板厚方向に重ね合わせてなる組合せ端子であって、
前記第一端子は、板形状をなすベース部と、前記ベース部の両側端から前記ベース部の板面に対して交差する方向に延出し前記ベース部とともに断面台形の差込収容空間を形成する一対の傾斜壁部とを備え、
前記第二端子は、前記差込収容空間に差し込まれて前記ベース部に重ねて配置可能な差込片と、前記差込片に設けられ、前記差込片が前記ベース部に重ねて配置されることで前記ベース部に係止する係止部と、前記差込片から側方に突出し、前記係止部が前記ベース部に係止した状態において前記一対の傾斜壁部の一方に面接触可能なテーパ形状をなす外力吸収テーパ部とを備える組合せ端子。 - 前記一対の傾斜壁部の双方に同時に面接触可能な一対の前記外力吸収テーパ部を備える請求項1に記載の組合せ端子。
- 前記第一端子は、前記一対の傾斜壁部と連結されて側方に延びる一対の第一平板部をさらに備え、
前記第二端子は、前記一対の第一平板部に対して前記ベース部に対する前記差込片の重ね方向とは逆の方向から重ねて配置可能な板形状をなす一対の第二平板部をさらに備え、
前記ベース部には前記差込収容空間に連通する係止孔が設けられ、
前記差込片には、前記差込片が前記ベース部に重ねて配置されたときに前記係止孔内まで突出し、前記係止孔に対して前後方向において係止可能な係止爪が突設されている請求項1または請求項2に記載の組合せ端子。 - 前記第二端子は、板形状をなして前記一対の第二平板部同士を連結し前記傾斜壁部の後方に配置される連結板部をさらに備え、前記差込片は前記連結板部から前方に延出するタブ形状とされ、前記外力吸収テーパ部と連結板部との間には分離スリットが形成されている請求項3に記載の組合せ端子。
- 前記第一端子は、前記一対の第一平板部の一方に設けられ前記一対の第二平板部の一方の外側縁よりも外側方に延びる電線接続部と、前記一対の第一平板部の他方に設けられ前記一対の第二平板部の他方の外側縁よりも外側方に延びる廻り止め部とを備える請求項3または請求項4に記載の組合せ端子。
