Description
図1はシール構造10を示す模式図であり、図2は図1の一部を拡大して示す図である。シール構造10は、工作機械などに用いられる。本実施の形態では、シール構造10は、工作機械に用いられるものとする。このシール構造10は、第1部材12、第2部材14、静圧軸受16およびシール部18を有する。
以上、本発明の一例として上記実施の形態が説明されたが、本発明の技術的範囲は上記実施の形態に記載の範囲には限定されない。上記実施の形態に、多様な変更または改良を加えることが可能であることはもちろんである。その様な変更または改良を加えた形態も本発明の技術的範囲に含まれ得ることが、特許請求の範囲の記載から明らかである。

Claims (5)
- 重力が働く重力方向に沿って延びる第1面を有する第1部材と、
前記第1面に対向し、前記重力方向に沿って延びる第2面を有する第2部材と、
前記第1部材の前記第1面側に設けられ、前記第1面と前記第2面との間に圧縮液体を供給する静圧軸受と、
前記第1面と前記第2面との間に連通され、前記静圧軸受よりも前記重力方向に配置される隙間を有し、前記隙間に液体が表面張力により保持されるシール部と、
を備える、シール構造。 - 請求項1に記載のシール構造であって、
前記シール部は、前記隙間に保持される前記液体の上に前記圧縮液体が停滞しても前記液体が保持される前記隙間に設定される、シール構造。 - 請求項1または2に記載のシール構造であって、
前記第1部材は、前記シール部よりも前記重力方向とは逆側に、前記第1面と前記第2面との間に供給された前記圧縮液体が流入する排出口を有する、シール構造。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシール構造であって、
前記隙間は、前記第1部材と前記第2部材とにより形成される、シール構造。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシール構造であって、
前記隙間は、0.1mm以下である、シール構造。
