Claims (2)
- 粉体を乾燥状態で攪拌する乾式攪拌機と,
前記乾式攪拌機の下方に位置し粉体を攪拌する湿式攪拌機とを用い,
前記湿式攪拌機では,前記乾式攪拌機から供給された粉体を液成分とともに攪拌して造粒体とする,造粒体の製造方法であって,
前記湿式攪拌機として,
中心軸が横向きに配置された円筒形状の攪拌室と,
前記攪拌室内で円筒形状の中心軸まわりに回転する切断羽根と,
前記攪拌室内で円筒形状の側面である側壁面に沿って回転するとともに前記側壁面へ向けて押し付けられているものである攪拌羽根と,
前記攪拌室の少なくとも一方の端面の外部に備えられた磁石とを有し,
前記攪拌羽根は,少なくとも前記攪拌室の軸方向の前記磁石に近い側の端部に磁性体を備えており,
前記磁石は,前記攪拌羽根が前記攪拌室の中心軸より上方を通過するときに,前記攪拌羽根を前記側壁面から一時的に離隔させる位置に配置されているものを用い,
前記攪拌羽根が前記攪拌室の中心軸より上方を通過するときに前記攪拌羽根を揺さぶることを特徴とする造粒体の製造方法。 - 粉体を乾燥状態で攪拌する乾式攪拌機と,
前記乾式攪拌機の下方に位置し粉体を攪拌する湿式攪拌機とを有し,
前記湿式攪拌機では,前記乾式攪拌機から供給された粉体を液成分とともに攪拌して造粒体とする,造粒体の製造装置であって,
前記湿式攪拌機は,
中心軸が横向きに配置された円筒形状の攪拌室と,
前記攪拌室内で円筒形状の中心軸まわりに回転する切断羽根と,
前記攪拌室内で円筒形状の側面である側壁面に沿って回転するとともに前記側壁面へ向けて押し付けられているものである攪拌羽根とを有しており,
さらに,前記攪拌羽根が前記攪拌室の中心軸より上方を通過するときに前記攪拌羽根を揺さぶる加振部を有し,
前記加振部は,前記攪拌室の少なくとも一方の端面の外部に備えられた磁石であり,
前記攪拌羽根は,少なくとも前記攪拌室の軸方向の前記磁石に近い側の端部に磁性体を備えており,
前記磁石は,前記攪拌羽根が前記攪拌室の中心軸より上方を通過するときに,前記攪拌羽根を前記側壁面から一時的に離隔させる位置に配置されていることを特徴とする造粒体の製造装置。
