- 拡大側から順に、拡大側結像面と共役な位置に中間像を形成する第1光学系と、前記中間像を縮小側結像面に再結像させる第2光学系とからなり、
前記第1光学系は、合焦時に互いに異なる軌跡で移動する少なくとも2つの合焦レンズ群を備え、
全系の焦点距離を1に規格化し、光軸に平行な高さh=1の光線を縮小側から入射させて近軸追跡を行った時、
最も拡大側の前記合焦レンズ群に入射する前記光線の光軸に対する傾角をu1、
最も拡大側の前記合焦レンズ群から出射する前記光線の光軸に対する傾角をu2、
前記u1の値および前記u2の値の単位をラジアンとした場合、
−0.3<u1−u2<0.3 …(1)
で表される条件式(1)を満足する結像光学系。 - 全系の焦点距離をf、
最も拡大側の前記合焦レンズ群のみを縮小側に|f|/100移動させたときのバックフォーカス変化量をΔBf、
